2 months have passed since our stay, and we think about it very often. Our stay was abolutely wonderful, and we would do it over in a heartbeat! We were traveling with our 11month old baby and we felt so welcome. We stayed in the main house, in a very spacious room large enough to accomodate a baby cot and some free space. The estate is absolutely breathtaking, with beautiful views. It is well taken care of, thanks to a nice gardener and hard working staff. The pool is nice, but a bit small on busy days (we were there on the 15th of August). However, a second pool is being build, so that won’t be an issue in the future. The wines are a nice bonus, as is the restaurant. The menu is not too elaborate, but of a very high quality (the tagliere is very good and the meat is just divine). Prices are a bit above average compared to other places in the region. Before coming we read some reviews about staff, in our opinion the staff is one of the strenghts of the estate. They are compassionate and will go to large lengths to give you the best time. We were so lucky to be greeted by them every day. Lucretia has such a professional and warm touch, it has been an absolute pleasure. On busy days it was noticable that the team is relatively new (more so in the restaurant) but they learn quickly and mean well. After a couple of days they developed another system which worked better. With a little bit of time they will do everything perfect as well. Nonetheless they were all so friendly and accommodating that we felt very well taken care of. We were not able to see the new pool and wellnesscentre, so we will need to come back :) Thank you so so much for our stay and for your kindness towards us and little Alessandro.

Abbiamo trascorso due notti in questo wine resort stupendo, immerso tra le colline in un paesaggio unico che trasmette pace e bellezza. La camera era molto carina, pulita e dotata di tutti i servizi necessari per un soggiorno confortevole. La colazione, inclusa nel soggiorno, proponeva pochi prodotti, ma tutti buoni e selezionati con cura. Per me, che sono celiaca, è stata una sorpresa meravigliosa trovare un’attenzione enorme: la signora che seguiva la colazione è stata un vero tesoro, facendomi trovare pane senza glutine, una cheesecake artigianale senza glutine e altri prodotti confezionati sempre molto apprezzati. Abbiamo anche partecipato alla degustazione di vini guidata da Stefano, una persona appassionata e preparatissima: abbiamo assaggiato tre vini di loro produzione, accompagnati da salumi e olio eccellenti, tutto delizioso e ben pensato. Una sera abbiamo deciso di cenare direttamente nel resort: anche qui, cibo ottimo e un’attenzione speciale verso le mie esigenze senza glutine, con piatti adattati e curati nei dettagli. Unico piccolo dispiacere: al momento erano in corso lavori di ristrutturazione della spa, della piscina e della cantina, che purtroppo ci hanno impedito di usufruire di questi servizi. Per questo motivo assegniamo 4 stelle, certi che, a lavori terminati, l’esperienza sarà ancora più completa e perfetta. Consigliamo assolutamente questo posto e non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Andiamo via con un disagio enorme. Dopo un weekend di soggiorno in struttura, aver mangiato da loro, usufruito dalla loro spa a pagamento, aver fatto una degustazione a pagamento, domenica siamo stati costretti a lasciare la struttura perché dopo aver fatto il check out alle 11 del mattino e prenotato a pranzo da loro prima dalla partenza verso roma, ci hanno vietato l accesso alla piscina e qualsiasi servizio della struttura. Pessima gestione del personale della reception chiamata Francesca, molto scostumata e poco professionale a seguito del check out. Quindi se volete andare, sapete che a seguito del check out dovete scappare come dei ladri… indifferentemente di quanto tu abbia spesso… poca cura dei clienti e dei piccoli dettagli, che fanno la differenza totalmente.

Sebbene sia una struttura da ottimo potenziale, consiglio vivamente di evitarla, se non si vuole rimanere delusi. Diversi servizi inizialmente garantiti dal personale non sono stati soddisfatti. Abbiamo anche avuto un problema con la porta della stanza (ovviamente non a causa nostra), rimanendo praticamente bloccati in stanza. Probabilmente struttura da visitare tra due/tre anni.

Splendido wine resort circondato da un paesaggio magnifico. Si respira pace e bellezza. Lo staff è molto accogliente e le camere hanno tutti i comfort di un hotel a 5 stelle. Peccato non avere potuto provare la cena ma la colazione era ottima.

Resort fantastico e recentemente acquistato da nuova proprietà. Sulla cima di una Collin dalla quale si gode un bel panorama e dove producono olio e vino che poi vendono direttamente. Camere spettacolari. Pulite e silenziose. Ottimo servizio cortesia in bagno. Ristorante ottimo e di elevata qualità. Assolutamente consigliato per una vacanza di più giorni.

Posto bellissimo servizio pessimo. Eravamo in 5, prima di noi solo una coppia. Ordiniamo e l antipasto, semplice affettato arriva dopo un ora e mezza. Fatto notare,il cameriere sciatto nei modi e nell' abbigliamento non placa ma istiga. Va cambiato totalmente il servizio oppure addestrato ad una corretta relazione con la clientela

Relais/agriturismo da favola costruito sopra un colle nel mezzo della campagna marchigiana. Per una vacanza all’insegna del relax e della pace, offre tutti o quasi (ancora in costruzione la nuova SPA con parco acquatico e campi da Padel) i servizi possibili per coccolare i propri clienti. Il Pic-nic con golf car è una chicca da non perdere…all’aperto in zone attrezzate con viste stupende e un pranzo super completo : primo, secondo, panino, dolce, vino e caffè. Tutti i prodotti sono a km0, in loco distese di uliveti, vigneti e orti. L’azienda agricola è dotata di una cantina con sala degustazioni. Cucina davvero molto valida, 4/5 scelte per portata e davvero bene eseguite. I problemi?? La pulizia non eccezionale delle camere e lo staff che per quanto carino e molto gentile è ENORMEMENTE sottodimensionato, rispetto alla grandezza e a tutti i servizi offerti della struttura. Bar e barista in piscina non pervenuti, c’è solo un giovane bagnino volenteroso, l’enologo per le degustazioni non è presente e il personale di reception poco formato. In sala sono solamente in due: Lorenzo, il maitre (molto preparato), affiancato da un buon cameriere. In 2 a gestire una sala da oltre 300 coperti per colazione, pranzo e cena è al limite del ridicolo. Inaccettabile poi essere cacciati dalla piscina per lo sfalcio d’erba alle 15:00 di venerdì. E sabato non poter usufruire di servizio pranzo/ cena in struttura a causa di un matrimonio. Una bellissima struttura che pecca probabilmente di inesperienza…troppe infatti le defezioni legate ai servizi offerti. Prezzo in linea. Un suggerimento: investire sul personale!!!
