Location was good. Food (lunch/dinner) was very expensive.
Also very annoying Saturdays and Sundays so called poolday for anyone. Pool area was very crowded.
Room and publicareas were dirty. Full with spiderwebs and so on.
No English speaking persons. Only Italian language.

Beautiful place and confortable.
The check in process was definitely a disappointing experience to me and I lost 1 night since I tried to communicate in every way possible with the hotel with ZERO success. I tried the number ******* shared, I tried the number THEY share, Whatsapp, email… I asked if I could arrive at 9-10pm since they say check in ends at 5pm, at 8pm… I had some car rental hiccups and could get earlier. No one replied. The reception is usually alone, and at check out they were charging me 1 night like I had no booking! I got a message from Luigi more than 24hrs after one of my messages saying they waited for me til midnight! But then they were charging me like a walk in guest. Anyway… not what I was expecting. Try their wines! Il marrugio rocks in that.

The property is beautiful but the rooms are quite dark and as we were early in the season they were a little musty. The pool was open but hadn’t been cleaned and the pizzeria was not available. There was no tea or coffee in the room. It could be amazing but the feeling is it could do with some updating.

Week end FAVOLOSO!!!!!!
Appartamenti belli,curati e puliti,in un borgo esclusivo e tranquillo ad un passo dalle splendide Oasi terme…per non parlare del ristorante con i salumi speciali del loro allevamento e i vini di loro produzione,la gentilezza di Simona sempre disponibile e la simpatia del patron Luigi….insomma week end bellissimo STRACONSIGLIATO!!!!!!!

Bellissima dimora immersa nel verde, unica pecca è che non è curato abbastanza... Avevamo chiesto l'aria condizionata nell'appartamento dove abbiamo pernottato 2 coppie di amici, invece abbiamo trovato,in una camera (la mia) due ventilatori a colonna tra l'altro molto lontani dal letto e nell'altra una sorta di condizionatore portatile tra l'altro inutilizzabile perché mancava l'attacco alla finestra... e questa è la meno, abbiamo dovuto scegliere tra dormire con le finestre aperte o morire dal caldo... dormire con le finestre aperte potrebbe sembrare un ottima idea, ma le finestre non sono previste di zanzariere, e ci siamo trovati a combattere tutta la notte con farfalline notturne e zanzare... la colazione che costa €7,50 a testa non li vale assolutamente e la cosa più buffa è che comincia dalle 08:30 in poi... Mia moglie ha chiesto una cialda per la macchinetta del caffè che avevamo in appartamento e gli è stata fatta pagare 1,50€ ( costerà si e no 20 centesimi) Personale cortese, ma se non apporta le dovute modifiche non penso che ci rivedremo... Prezzo dell'appartamento nella media.

I presupposti erano buoni leggendo le recensioni, ma le cose sono andate diversamente dal previsto. Stanze totalmente sprovviste di zanzariere, pulizia carente, ragnatele per le scale, frigorifero in camera totalmente ghiacciato al suo interno e che non chiudeva minimamente, letti scomodissimi. La struttura ed il giardino sono grandi e belli ma vanno decisamente curati e mantenuti: faretti ai bordi del vialetto completamente distrutti, tavoli e sedie buttate ovunque con ragnatele e sporcizia (davvero inutilizzabili) ma la ciliegina sulla torta è la piscina. Davvero bella ma davvero, davvero, davvero sporca!! Non parlo di foglie e insetti che possono cadere sulla superficie, parlo del fondale. Bordi dei gradini per scendere con il verde del muschio, insetti sul fondo ormai mangiati dal tempo e nessunissima persona a prendersene cura. Il robot viene messo in acqua in orario di apertura della piscina (9:30/10) ed è capitato che venisse solo messo in acqua senza neanche accenderlo. Quando ho fatto presente la sporcizia della piscina al titolare ha subito inviato due ragazze a risolvere la questione ma sono arrivate scocciate, lamentandosi che loro erano solo in due e dovevano pensare alle stanze (mi spiace per loro ma devo farlo io che vado lì come cliente e pago???) Hanno acceso il robot e pretendevano che facessimo il bagno con il robot operativo, quando abbiamo chiesto di togliere gli insetti morti sul fondo con il retino, la loro risposta è stata "togliamo queste due foglie" poi hanno sbruffato e chiesto "c'è altro?" Insomma inutile stare a parlare oltre. La questione è semplice: le cose vanno mantenute e il personale va preso e pagato. Per l'educazione ed il rispetto dell'ospite invece c'è ben poco da fare: dovrebbe essere innato se si vuole fare questo di mestiere

La nostra esperienza non è stata positiva, camera infestata di cimici, pioveva dentro al bagno e pulizia dell'appartamento non delle migliori...per la colazione 3 cose in croce (fette biscottate scadute a Marzo)e fatto pagare €7,50 compreso mio figlio che non ha mangiato niente! La cena buona ma prezzi esagerati.
