Hotel New Genziana

Sometimes very noisy because of the motorway. Windows with single glazing. Had to change rooms because the gentleman in the next room had a female visitor. You could hear whipping and screaming....

A real disaster!!! I suggest you avoid this shameful hovel. To have the courage to give this establishment four stars, you really have to be corrupt!!! I don't want to dwell on too many disappointing details. I'll just tell you that the only (and obviously the last) night I had to "experience" the annoying alarm, of who knows what, for a good two hours. The good (or bad, you decide) is that there isn't even a telephone in the room, a minimum tool (at least for serious hotels) to call the reception with 9... I had to call, trying endless times, a cell phone stamped on the brochure. Of course I didn't sleep at all... Now I understand why no reviews have been written for almost a year... no one had the courage to express themselves 😬. Then if any of you, perhaps adventurers, who don't get too formal, had the idea of ​​staying in this hole, just for the view, I beg you to desist. There are also other accommodations, such as inns nearby that will surely host you in a decent manner and not like cattle traveling on trucks. I close by saying that it would be a complaint!

Frequento circa 150 hotel all’anno e ho soggiornato in questo hotel di Altavilla Vicentina per lavoro e, dopo una giornata molto intensa, mi aspettavo un minimo di comfort. Invece, ho trovato una camera estremamente piccola, con un’unica finestra sul soffitto apribile solo tramite un sistema a fune da legare al muro: scomodo e antiquato. La stanza era molto calda e praticamente impossibile da aerare. Per non parlare degli insetti nel letto. Nel 2025, è inaccettabile trovarsi in una situazione del genere. Non consiglio questo hotel sia che si viaggi per motivi di lavoro che per svago.

Il posto sarà anche bello si mangia bene ma dopo aver disdetto cinque giorni prima x un imprevisto mi sento dire che dovrebbero chiedere i danni😡😡😡 e che non ho avuto rispetto, mai successo in nessun ristorante,cmq x me questo ristorante può anche chiudere,e di certo non farò bella pubblicità

Siamo stati in questo hotel per una notte, si tratta di un 4 stelle, dotato anche di piscina esterna. E' situato a 15 minuti dal centro di Vicenza, quindi la posizione è davvero tattica. Si viene accolti alla reception, spaziosa, e poi si accede alle camere. Accoglienza cortese, la nostra camera era davvero comfort e spaziosa. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. C'è anche la possibilità di accedere al ristorante collegato. Colazione con ampia disponibilità di prodotti. Consigliato.
