The owner was very rude, unprofessional and had an attitude. Asked about what time I need to leave to make it on time to the airport and started talking about the fact that we absolutely need to leave the rooms by 11:30. The breakfast was inedible, not even worth 2 euros, with stale croissants and poor quality food. Rooms were so old and we were given 2 single beds when we needed a double bed. Save your money and stay somewhere else. Absolutely not worth it. Very much overpriced for nothing. Also very likely that the owners behaviour was racially motivated, which I am not surprised about.

They are friendly, problem solving and respectful people. Cleaning, attitude is also very good. I recommend them. If I come to Italy again, I will choose this hotel again. The hotel is not in the city center, I don't know how I would have handled the transportation if I hadn't come with a tour.

Though the hotel is a bit older and could use the renovation, the friendliness of the staff through out the hotel made the stay excellent. Restaurant has great food, great breakfast and dinner. We will definately stay again.

It is a lovely hotel, Large room with a couch and desk in the entry room and bedroom and bath. A good breakfast buffet was included. Front desk staff was helpful. They held our luggage for us before check in and after check out. Pretty much going rate prices for the type of hotel that it is.

Hotel confortevole , sono stato per cinque mesi in questa struttura ben attrezza con un personale molto qualificato, è una direzione eccellente, con un ristorante dove si mangia veramente bene , pulizia ottima tutti molto cordiali , insomma mi sono sentito come se fossi a casa e questo grazie a tutto lo staff . Sono un cliente storico di questo albergo da oltre vent'anni. Mi dispiace far sapere che non ci tornerò più, grazie all'atteggiamento poco professionale del Direttore il quale, a fronte di una mia segnalazione di una perdita del condizionatore, che aveva allagato l'ingresso della camera, mi ha suggerito di trovarmi un altro albergo, cosa che ho prontamente fatto.

l'hotel mi ha lasciato una piacevole sensazione di soddiafazione Personale cortese ed efficiente ad ogni solecito. Posizione strategica a metà strada tra Verona e Venezia sorge all'uscita dell'autostrada A4 uscita Montecchio Maggiore

In trasferta settimanale. Camere buone, cucina ottima. Molto cordiale il servizio. Posizione molto comoda vicino al casello dell'autostrada, ma molto silenziosa. Volendo parcheggio interno. Bagni con doccia molto calda e pressione ottima. Consigliato.
