"Overnight stay with breakfast in good price-performance ratio. Location super. Central and still quiet at night (at closed window). Bathroom freshly renovated. Bed nice hard, but not too hard. Personal friendly and very effort. There are delicious pizza pieces that can be eaten comfortable before the hotel. All in all very recommendable. "

"Greatly and centrally located near lots of places to eat, have a drink and visit. Parking outside wasn’t too complicated, just find a spot and pay. When we got there we only found one employee who couldn’t speak English and was a bit difficult to check in but regardless he was very nice, helpful and serviceable. He also helped us with figuring out how the parking worked. Room and bathroom were nice and spacious though the mini fridge didn’t really seemed to work. Other than that I pile stay again if I were in the area."

"The hotel has a good location. Internet is terrible. The staff are friendly. The bad thing is they allow pets in all rooms. I have severe allergies and when I found out they let pets in all rooms I had no time to cancel. I was itchy in the night. As animals in the bed could have fleas and fur or dander which is an allergy. I do not understand letting dogs and cats sleep in the bed and on pillows. Animals are not bathed like people. they drool and who knows may urinate in the room."

"Super location and nice rooms. Unfortunately a lot of coach parties arrived during and stay so it was super busy. I actually caught covid from one of the party who coughed all over me :((
Also when I asked for a towel for poolside I was rudely spoken to. Breakfast nothing special and breakfast room too busy
Would stay again but choose my time"

ККоля ОстенбакенThe hotel itself represents a certain interest, as the rest of the former luxury, feels the atmosphere unfortunately at a time of ever-dead.
What didn't like - the number is small and hot - I don't know why, although the ceilings are very high. The pillows are not comfortable - one little, two already overcharged.
Cleanness - at the time of my settlement on the floor was dust.
The shower is a small cabin with a built-in shower. When you open the water, you enjoy the cold for a long time until the hot finally goes.
The most serious minus - when leaving the hotel tried to remove the previously paid booking from me - saw it purely by chance. Thanks to the Trip.com support service the conflict was removed, but the siege remained.

HHave to travelThe location is good. And you can walk from Montecatini Termes Station for just around 8 minutes. But it’s cold in October, and it seems like that the heater was not open yet. But it was not cold in the evening. It doesn’t have free tea and coffee. The button of kettle is very hot when boiling water. And my finger got burnt when trying to turn it off(it can’t turn off automatically). The room is very small but the restroom is big. It’s not suitable to open window because backyard is a parking lot and you can smell gas. But the front desk people are helpful. Though they are not very outgoing, they are willing to solve your problem. You can ask them to book taxi. And the breakfast is so so. Dishes were limited and there were only two hot dishes (sausage and eggs, or bacon and eggs). And it doesn’t have spa and swimming pool. All in all, it’s fine.
