Ended up staying longer than planned. Tested positive for COVID on the second day of my stay so ended up being isolation at the hotel for 7 days. Franco and the rest of the staff were so gracious my entire stay. The breakfast and dinner meals were so generous I mostly skipped lunch. Cute town once I was out of isolation. Check out the Funicolare to Montecatini Alto if you get a chance

When the maids cleaned my room, I noticed €10,- got stolen out of my wallet, which I left near my bed. My friends experienced the same thing and this hotel wont offer their help to solve this problem. It’s outrageous.

We returned yesterday from a weekend between Pisa and Florence, we stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and I can only say that I found a kindness and availability right from the moment of booking by telephone Mrs. Tiziana gave me a lot of information I found a courtesy kindness that it's hard to find. Not to mention Mr. Francesco. The first evening my daughters suddenly felt hungry and it was a bit late. Mr. Francesco has offered dinner to the girls and these are things that cannot be forgotten! And then we miss the 2 chats exchanged during breakfast. I can only say that we will be back because we really felt at home! Thanks for everything!!

My child went here with a group on a school trip. Today, all rooms have been stolen, possibly due to cleaning, concerning items (Airpods) and especially cash. The manager does nothing about this. He even threatens. Stealing from children, very very low!! Don't go here if you don't want to get robbed! Police report is available.

A really bad hotel. We came here with a large group for a school trip and at first sight it was a great hotel. The rooms were quite fine, but the food was not up to par. The breakfast was meager and dirty. The evening meal was also not doable. Also, cash was stolen from almost all rooms while they were being cleaned. Nobody did anything about this. Terrible.

Seconda volta sono stata in questo albergo situato in una zona tranquilla di MCT e per la seconda volta devo ringraziare moltissimo al personale disponibile. Sono rimasta soddisfatto della sistemazione. Devo ringraziare anche per la cucina: una ricca colazione continentale con verdure e tanti dolci di vario genere. Le cene erano eccellenti. Il signor Franco si prende cura degli ospiti del ristorante con grande cura e gentilezza. Sarò molto felice di tornare da Voi!

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura per una notte;devo dire la proprietaria della struttura molto accogliente e molto simpatica; ci ha subito mostrato la camera,una camera nella norma;i letti erano molto puliti,il pavimento anche molto pulito;nella stanza abbiamo trovato aria condizionata funzionante bagno già con shampoo saponette e phono;l’unico problema ma credo che sia presente quasi in tutto il territorio toscano sono state le numerose zanzare ma questo non è stato un grosso problema;per quanto riguarda la colazione era super abbondante con un uomo molto gentile e super disponibile.Devo dire una struttura semplice pulita,in cui sicuramente faremo ritorno.

Struttura accogliente. I proprietari/gestori ti mettono subito a proprio agio; hanno una gentilezza ed una disponibilità che è ormai difficile da trovare negli alberghi. Si sono soffermati più volte a fare quattro chiacchere con noi, a consigliarci dei locali e degli itinerari turistici. Nelle camere non manca niente, ottima la pulizia, ottima anche la colazione.
