First of all, room 218 needs to be brought to a level where one person can stay. 2 m ceiling length, humidity, humidity. They probably converted a warehouse into a room. ✅ -I would like to thank the lobby staff. They are helpful. -Breakfast was sufficient. -Wifi was good. -The location is very good. ❌🇬🇧-First of all, the hotel is very old. The rooms are very old.

Hotel was excellent. Small hotel was exactly what we wanted. Excellent food, friendly and helpful staff, cheesecake and coffee on the terrace....we really enjoyed our one night stay. Taxi took us from airport to hotel, and Uber took at back to airport in the morning.

The food is terrible. The first room we were given was awful with one light, lamps didn’t work and it was very dark. There was a big radiator inside the shower and the towels were torn. We complained and was given a better room. The town is lovely but wouldn’t stop at this hotel again.

The staff are all very helpful! The food served in restaurant excellent! And at very good price! The room is cleaned daily! Marco the head waiter is very helpful and very informative about the food. The reception staff always willing to help! Even the owner herself is available to help in any way! Truly a great stay!

Rooms basic but OK, although there we noticed a sock under the bed on our day of departure that wasn't ours so the carpets/floors weren't particularly clean. The main thing was the bedding and towels were fresh. Staff were very pleasant. Food was average... breakfast rolls were rock hard, but the evening dinners were quite nice. Several hotels in the area have closed (probably as a result of Covid), which is a shame, as it is a lovely town. There's a park and several pleasant bars/restaurants. The main purpose of our coach trip was a visit to Rome and we thought it ridiculous that National Holidays had booked this hotel for our stay, as it was 4-5 hours' drive!

L’hotel Giglio a Montecatini è organizzato abbastanza bene, il personale è molto disponibile e gentile ti fanno sentire quasi a casa in particolare modo il Signor Livio, simpatico, di compagnia è molto disponibile.

mi sono recata in questo posto per una gita scolastica e abbiamo reputato questo hotel un vero fallimento. pessima accoglienza con personale scortese e maleducato. letti rotti e materassi macchiati. colazione, pranzo e cena pessimi con stoviglie sporche. docce e vasche da bagno che perdono acqua per di più gialla. camere colme di polvere. il personale inoltre per ricevere soldi extra della cauzione hanno volontariamente rotto un televisore e una spalliera di un letto. al nostro arrivo le camere erano in condizioni pessime con fazzoletti sporchi nei cassetti e in più con letti senza lenzuola. consiglio vivamente di non recarsi in questo hotel. davvero pessimo.

Hotel poco pulito. Camera grigia... ci vorrebbe una botta di colore e una ristrutturazione. Nel bagno in camera presenti residui di cibo e muffa...chiamate un imbianchino e una impresa di pulizie. Mochet sporca anzi sporchissima...una passata di aspirapolvere ci vuole
