Fabulous hotel. Just returned from a stay here and would throughly recommend. All staff were welcoming polite and went out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Front of house staff wonderful particularly Sergio who went out of his way to help us however he could. Room’s adequate and cleaned well they had a small fridge and air con which was much needed in the August heat. Breakfast food tasty with enough to choose from. Wonderful location for day trips to Florence and Pisa.Will definitely return.

The swimming pool smelled salty like too much urine from the many children playing in the water. The room was in an adjoining section across the street on the second floor or first floor above the street, as such being handicapped or elderly the isolation can be an issue in an emergency. The balcony over the street life was enjoyable, with nice ambiance without being loud, if you close the balcony doors there is no sound. What really ruined our stay were the male waiters. One cut in between us without excusing himself while we were in line for dinner, another rudely belittled my Mother who although on the pre paid meal plan wanted better treatment paying for the full menu if we could be seated by a window and order seafood which was not on the preplanned all you can eat heaping dishes for tourists. The hotel restaurant has a two tier service, one prepaid with lots of filler like pasta, and another for paying customers with specialized dishes. Being dissapointed the next day we had three courses with seafood at a nearby restaurant, La Cascina, for just about 100 Euros.

Good location some 10 min walk to hot spring and center. Ambitious interior with elegant old style furniture. Pool is nice but not heated so the water is a rather cold in July. Very difficult parking in the basement.Pillars are obstructing movement of even small car so you need time and patient to get out not scratching sides.

We absolutely loved our time at this this hotel. It’s a very charming hotel - I really couldn’t ask for anything more. Our room was a good size and comfortable. The bathroom had ample space for our stuff, and the shower was a great size. There were outlets on either side of the bed so my husband and I could both charge our phones and such overnight. Housekeeping staff was phenomenal and fast! We’d go downstairs for a bit, come back, and our room would be done! Only quirk about the room (and truly not a big deal) as this is the first hotel I experienced where the lights would only work with your room key. I usually use an empty gift card, but the lights wouldn’t work with this. We had a small balcony with a great view. The included breakfast was ample and tasty. The pastries varied from day to day. Restaurant staff was friendly and accommodating. We ate in the hotel restaurant 3 nights (2 or which were included in our Cosmos tours), and all meals were very good. The bartender was friendly and efficient; loved sitting on the terrace at night with our group and enjoying the music and a few beverages. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. Nice pool area. I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s not fancy, but it’s extremely comfortable and the staff is wonderful.

Our bus group stayed in this hotel October 24/22. We had a scheduled dinner in the dining room for the whole tour group on that night. One of our group came back to her room and noticed that $200 euro were missing from her wallet. She immediately phoned our tour director and he said that she probably lost it on the bus and we would look for it in the morning when we left. We got on the bus and he announced that she was missing her money and could we look around us and see if it was there. It was not found on the bus but then people started looking in their purses and 5 of us had money missing. The 5 of us were the only ones to leave their purses in the room the night before when we went to dinner. OUr tour director wrote up a report and sent it to the hotel. They came back saying that they did an investigation and found nothing on their video. So the tour director assumed that whoever took the money came through the window (we were on the third floor). Four of us had our windows open but the 5th person had hers locked. So clearly the hotel is lying and trying to cover their butts because they don't want to lose the tour operator's business. So if you decide to stay in this hotel, please keep your money with you at all times.

Quaint hotel with cozy comfort. I am diabetic so breakfast was a challenge. There were many pastries, meats, and fruit. Dining alfresco was lovely. There is a pool, and it seemed dogs were allowed in the rooms. If you are an opera fan on Tuesday evenings in September and October there is a concert at the hotel, 20 euros. They sand the most favorite arias and some Neapolitan songs.
