The hotel staff were amazing to accommodate our unique request to reveal our babies gender once we arrived. It's not something they usually do but they did it anyway and made our stay that little more special and memorable. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so friendly. We will definitely be back.

Just arrived home from a weeks holiday with my older children. Fantastic hotel and friendly staff. Just booked b&b as we wanted to taste the Tuscan food in local restaurants. Montecatini alto is a treat so definitely visit using the funicular tram, me and my son also walked up the pilgrims trail which runs alongside the track. Just beautiful. Back to the hotel. All the staff were just lovely and friendly from the reception staff, breakfast staff, cleaners and Giuliano, makes perfect cocktails. The food was great as were the rooms, ample for what we needed, spotlessly clean. Would recommend to any travel enthusiasts to stay here. Ciao x

We have stayed at this hotel twice in 2 years as it is a fantastic base to explore Tuscany. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so welcoming and attentive. The best way I can describe it is a hotel that feels like old money. It’s classy and high quality but very reasonably priced. The rooms are clean and well equipped with great air conditioning! It’s central enough to have easy access to bars, restaurants and the train station to go exploring but set back enough that there’s no rowdiness to disturb your sleep. You can easily walk to the thermal baths and take the funicular up to beautiful montecatini alto - the views are incredible. This hotel is an absolute gem - we have travelled much of Italy and this is still our favourite hotel - we keep coming back as it is such a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

A lovely quiet hotel in heart of Monticatini. Very clean rooms with air con and comfy beds. Loved the free drink tickets if you didn't need your room cleaning.

This was a lovely hotel, superior bedrooms - lovely clean and smart, customer service was great, all very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend this place

Even though the hotel had family rooms with connecting doors, they had given us a different room, splitting my family into another room. They could have given the adjacent room to our children who were staying with us, so they wouldn't have put us in a difficult situation. The hotel's room doors were very old; anyone passing by in the corridor could see into our room if they bent over. We also went to the hotel as a group for breakfast, and they crowded us into a corner of the restaurant. The restaurant staff rudely squeezed us into a corner of the restaurant. The hotel is in a good location. Furthermore, the reception and lobby bar staff were attentive and helpful. I would like to thank these two staff members for their helpfulness and kindness.
