This kind of summarizes our experience at Azura Beach Resort: we went to get pool towels at the front desk on our third day, when we wanted to just go relax at the pool, and they said they only had one left. . . . . that the dryer needed 30 more minutes. It was 9:00 am. We checked back about 3 hours later, and they said the same thing, "need 30 more minutes."
I knew we were in trouble with the place when we checked in, and asked for two keys to our room. They said "We don't have enough to give you two keys."
The folks working there work very hard with a smile on their face, but management has GOT to hire more workers, and they've got to do a better job of managing the place. The wifi in our room was non existent. We complained, and they said they would fix it. It got worse. It didn't work in our room the last 3 nights, so we had to use our own paid for data which was a waste of money, and were not able to use the TV to watch movies, etc. On multiple times, we asked for ice to be delivered to our room, it's the only way to get it, and it took more than an our to get it. The room was beautiful, it was very, very nice. We had the honeymoon suite. The food is good. There are no snacks in the room, and drinks are very limited there too; just 2 beers in our mini fridge upon arrival, although they did go out and get us requested liquor, which was a nice touch. Overall, read a lot of reviews on the place. Not a top notch all inclusive resort. I would give 2.5 out of 5 stars.
