Spirit Hotel Fonte Real - Antigo Hotel Flora

We just left Monte Real after a week of vacation in Leiria. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about all the staff, from reception to the dining room and housekeeping. We were with our 12-year-old son and my 89-year-old mother-in-law, and we were very specific in our requests, as my mother-in-law is blind and her room had to have certain features. Not only did they take care of all the changes prior to our arrival—we had booked with a fantastic offer from buscounchollo—but they were also extremely attentive, considerate, and friendly throughout the stay. The buffet service is not only top-quality—they even served clams one day—but also very varied, with fish, meat, and vegetarian options, and plenty of desserts and sweets. Because I was with my mother-in-law, we spent the entire afternoon there, and the common areas are comfortable and versatile, both indoors and outdoors. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the bar service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and although housekeeping arrived during our nap time, they checked into our rooms earlier when they noticed. One day, the cleaning lady even helped my mother-in-law get up. The area is beautiful and perfect for exploring the entire country, as it's right between Porto and Lisbon, just an hour and 40 minutes away. Highly recommended. Thank you for everything. Very good welcome. Staff friendliness. Wide and diverse common space. Ease of parking. Large, modern room in good condition. Breakfast with a lot of variety and quantity of products. Sinned by the late cleaning of the room.
