Hotel Apartamento Foz Atlantida

The Hotel Apartamento Foz Atlantida is located in the second line on the beach, so the beach can be reached in just a few minutes. In the last two years, the rooms have been completely renovated, with new air conditioning, new bathrooms and new kitchens. There are mainly 1-room apartments and 2-room apartments, both of which are acceptable. The kitchen equipment is limited to the bare essentials, but sufficient for a vacation. The reception is limited to the bare essentials, but this is completely sufficient and you can get to your room quickly. Check-in from 4 p.m. is unfortunately a bit late. Otherwise, the rooms are clean and the room staff are always friendly. There is a pool on the roof terrace (which is not heated) as well as plenty of places to sit and lie down. We have been coming to Foz Atlantida at least twice a year for years and have always been satisfied.

This is the third time I have booked this hotel and I come back with the same feeling as always, I feel very comfortable and we are always well received. The apartments now have Torrie coffee machines and have been renovated. Regarding the impeccable cleaning and the beds and sofa very comfortable. The apartments are very well equipped. I only have one repair to make, the shower cabin would have to be closed so the floor doesn't get wet, but otherwise it will always be at the top of my list, not to mention the fantastic location. I really appreciate all the attention given to me and my family, until next time.

Nice, spacious apartment on the second line of the beach. Negative note regarding noise in the room, it has old aluminum frames with single glass, on a busy street with bars, it has poor acoustic insulation. The small kitchen is missing some equipment, namely an electric toaster 🤪

Horrível. À chegada, o ar condicionado de um dos quartos não funcionava. O técnico não foi chamado para resolver naquele dia, pela recepcionista Margarida Vieira, não se sabe a razão. Sendo que estávamos num apartamento T3 e um dos quartos estava fechado, porque fizemos reserva para um T2, perguntámos ao recepcionista da noite se podíamos trocar o quarto fechado pelo que não tinha ar condicionado. A resposta foi negativa. O nosso filho dormiu na sala porque é impossível dormir nestes quartos sem ar frio. No dia seguinte a gerente Mara Agostinho disse-nos que devíamos ter trocado o quarto. Tarde demais. Ao pequeno-almoço foi-nos dito que a recepcionista Margarida Vieira passou os dados de 2 pessoas para pequeno-almoço, em vez de 3. O staff do pequeno-almoço é competente, por isso não houve stress. Fiquei depois a saber que esta recepcionista cobrou-me mais do que devia nos pequenos-almoços. Tive de retificar com a gerente, tanto a quantia como o numero de pessoas. Neste hotel existem pouquíssimos lugares de estacionamento e fazem reservas, porém não nos foi facultada essa possibilidade. Ainda assim, foi-nos prometido pela recepcionista Margarida Vieira que teríamos estacionamento no ultimo dia, facto confirmado pela gerente Mara Agostinho. Não tivemos, e ninguém sabe explicar porquê. Apresentei o ticket de estacionamento e o talão de pagamento do mesmo, que fui obrigado a pagar no exterior do hotel, por incompetência do staff. Até hoje espero pela resposta ao email que enviei à gerente Mara Agostinho. Em termos de condições, o hotel tem janelas horríveis que não deixam ninguém dormir. Se o objetivo da sua estadia for dormir, vá para outro lado. A única coisa que vale a pena é o pequeno-almoço, tanto pelo serviço, como pelo que está incluído.
