Apologies, I will be detailed as I rarely give such a bad review.- We just arrived at the place when we met the manager/owner Patrizia. We were still in the car and she was standing at the gate. When we asked her where to park as we were loaded with luggages (+baby and a dog) her reply was pointing at a sign by the road that had 'parking' written on it and repeated the words: 'parking!' --> Even if we were the dumbest clients on the earth you should not reply in such a cocky way (especially as the arrow on sign was pointing left but what she intended was straight.)- Then the longest welcome-tour of my life awaited (and we traveled a LOT) - again under the 35 degrees sun, with luggages unloaded, baby and dog full of energy. It was not an option to load down first our stuff and THEN show us around. To make it worse she went into details as if she would be speaking to ****** (like showing us how to push the button on the water dispenser machine in order to get the water - word of advise: give some credit to your guests and IF they get trouble doing these BASIC things then go and help them).- None of the rooms have AC which in summer is an issue as it was very hot. I asked for a fan when she started to explain to me to close the windows so the heat stays out as these old brick houses work like that. Again - as if I would be coming from the moon and not know such a basic thing. Anyways, that solution in that summer heat is not enough + when we arrived the windows were already wide opened. Maybe you should close the windows for the new arrivals.- There is no mosquito net in the rooms (or anywhere else) - which is funny as in the advert it was specifically mentioning with highlighted letters that there are NO mosquitos. Clearly there were. Not full of them but there were. Mosquito net would be a must even because of the lizards/geckos and spiders. - Dinner was obligatory to pay with the booking of the room --> firmly said it was not great. Once we got a fish made in the oven in baking paper with potatoes: the potatoes were raw.Another time we had fried bites from ready frozen food. The dessert was always icecream where you had to choose which flavor you wanted (ridiculous - just give from all and not those baby-portions).Being in Umbria, serving Italians food is very important. Everyone was really unhappy about the food. The 'chef' did his best and was a nice guy, but in his private life he has a totally different job, nothing to do with cooking. Absurd.- Then Patrizia one day decided to have lunch starting at 11.30am. The breakfast was between 8-12am. The guests multiple times asked her to put the lunch to a later hour as it was way too early. Patrizia could not care less about the request and started serving at noon.- After a few days of bad food and not happy atmosphere among the guests we had a 'cocktail night' (only aperol spritz available...). After a few drinks people let off the steam and started to make jokes about the bad experiences of the las

Do 2 stelle perché obiettivamente cucina bene.
