"At the yacht show it seems that all services should be absent and should not be expected. Just check in anyway and don't expect too much. The room was fairly comfortable, small and outdated. "Pessima attenzione alla clientela, personale sottodimensionato per il numero di clienti, in tutti i servizi. Assistenza di facciata ma non di sostanza, personale al check in non professionale ,inizialmente la camera assegnata non corrispondeva a quella prenotata, dopo più di mezz’ora di discussione siamo riusciti ad ottenere quella pagata anticipatamente. L’hotel dispone di un ottima piscina. Pulizia da rivedere, asciugamani macchiati e anche logorati. "

I paid twice for one night!!! The front desk said ok I have handled it and thought I wouldn’t get notified but then she took the money! It wasn’t like that the night before I don’t understand"
