Very nice hotel I got stressed with a neighbor playing music too loud but concierge took care of it.(at night but they started back in the morning😂.) service was nice. Had everything I asked for.

The service is enthusiastic and you can feel the appropriate service wherever you go. The room type is great and the view is great. The Michelin-starred Grill restaurant on the top floor and Cafe de Paris opposite are both worth recommending.

Excellent stay!
The hotel is magnificent, the staff at the top (special mention for Alexis who really pampered us, a big thank you to him)
The deluxe harbor view room is very spacious and decorated with great refinement.
We recommend this establishment to lovers of luxury and high quality services!

Nice pretty hotel but the staff in general are condescending and rude. Food was ok at best. Furnishings were out dated. Would not stay here again. I feel it's a bastion for the pretentious and privileged who are having delusions of grandeur. I could have gone to Tenerife for a week and had a much better time for the cost of one night here. Save you money

Absolutely amazing place and I can’t forget lobster club sandwich was so amazing that I can still taste it. I must say it was not cheap as your would expect but what was not expected winning at the ****** came back with more money then when we went there. Free holiday and pocket money. 😂❤️
