The staff is cheerful and helpful. They make me feel at home. My microwave was'nt working, but they're going to fix it today.

I wouldn't stay again if it was free The first thing I did when I got into the room was take off my shoe kill a cockroach on the wall. I noticed dirt marks on the walls and pull back the sheets and they were stained the coat rack was hanging off the wall tub had a constant drip and giant rust stains. But I think the most memorable part was being greeted by a drunk girl standing outside the office door propositioning the Uber eats driver while two other people stood there just smoking. Then I asked if the front desk print off a single piece of paper she told me that only the manager print so I had to hop back in my car drive down to CVS. I left about 7:30 in the morning and poked my head in to look at the breakfast and it was cereal one pot of coffee that was lukewarm no creamer of any kind and only one choice for sweeteners so I passed on the coffee. I read the reviews on this and I have no idea how it got an 8.4 I've been using hotels for at least a decade and most of the reviews are pretty accurate give or take minor things but this goes down as the second worst hotel and ever stayed in. I think hotels should really consider not even allowing this hotel be on your site at any level.
