I had a great stay at Ibis Montceau-Les-Mines. The hotel is conveniently located near the town center. The room was simple, clean, and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the breakfast had a good selection. Perfect for a short, hassle-free stay in Montceau-Les-Mines!

On Feb 2nd, 2025 we booked 2 rooms, we were the only car on the parking of IBIS + IBIS BUDGET. The hotel charged us Euro 112,46 per bedroom with breakfast . No Hester, impossible to adjust the heater, poor breakfast . A shame ! Don’t go to this hotel

Newish hotel in good condition just on the outskirts of town. Easy dining options within 15 mins walk.

Be expected to be extra charged in this hotel for "deterioration", you won't have done. An advice: find another hotel! If you must stay there, take picture everywhere in your room before and after your stay to show that you've been wrongly charged.

Tout a été catastrophique du début à la fin. On m'a donné une chambre, le pass ne l'ouvrait pas. Finalement, l'employée est remontée avec moi l'ouvrir et la chambre n'était pas faite, sentait le moisi. On m'a donc donné une autre chambre: fenêtre qui ne ferme pas, lumières qui ne fonctionnent pas, miroir cassé, plein de poussière partout. Et une employée est rentrée sans mon accord. Finalement, le verrou de ma chambre ne fonctionnait pas. On m'a donc donné une autre chambre dont le verrou et la lumière ne fonctionnaient pas non plus. Le personnel est non formé, jamais à la réception mais toujours en train de papoter entre eux. 70 € pour cette déchetterie, je trouve cela honteux. D'autant que ce n'est pas légal de louer une chambre qui ne ferme pas dont on ne peut garantir la sécurité. Un litige contre Ibis Budget Montceau Les Mines est en cours.
