Promising hotel with a complete renovation in progress. I was able to eat at the Le Cabriolet restaurant which is open to all! It was delicious! I was able to chat with the staff who are very friendly and ready to help us with any requests and will come back with my family once the work is completed.

Business trip, I was able to sleep at the Relais Vert in new rooms under construction. I was able to benefit from a family room. Large space, comfortable bedding with a sofa in the room. The TV is large, you can access applications like Netflix

In fact we did not stay in the hotel initially reserved
In fact I called to confirm our reservation following a late arrival and that's when I learned that we were moved to another hotel of another standard without having informed us to accommodate Ukrainian refugees and especially in view of standing no commercial gesture no excuses not even breakfast
All this to say that I severely rate this hotel and the substitute hotel Ibis rouge which is not worth the advanced quality
Breakfast not offered expensive for so-called unlimited where you have to cry to get a restock of pastries and charcuterie I therefore do not recommend these two hotels at all
I just hope for a commercial gesture from hôtel.com

The room is quite large, the bedding correct, the worst is the unrenovated bathroom with hairs in the bathtub and the tiles and earthenware which come away on their own....the joints are
moldy.The shower bar is coming off the wall...
The best thing is to have a bottle opener in the bathroom....

Lots of mold on the ceiling and on the tiles, hairdryer that doesn't work, unsanitary carpet, a few stains on the sheets. In terms of catering, the evening waitresses are pleasant and available for the rest of the reception staff, lacking a smile and very unwelcoming.

We were not informed that the reception was closed and that we had to go to the reception of another person to be able to confirm our reservation and get the key and then return to the hotel.
