Damiano and Adriana are the perfect hosts at this gem of a Hotel. The restaurant is five star Michelin. And Damiano is award-winning. So save your appetite for at least one of his dinners. Our hosts were charming and engaged, and very, very helpful. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a real dining experience. Be sure to take your time. The hotel itself allows you to be close to the secluded parks and beaches, and a relatively short drive to the valley of temples, nearby to Agrigento without having to deal with the crowds and parking. The neighborhood is “under developed“, and the city is not particularly tourist-oriented, but that adds to its authenticity.

This Bed and Breakfast is run by magnificent people, owners and staff included. Everything about our stay was above and beyond excellent. I would highly recommend! My family and I were treated with kindness, honesty and respect. The chef and wait staff are outstanding. I continue to love everything about our stay here and will come again.

What a gem of a place. Quirky, very friendly, atmosphere wonderful. The food wow the food is just terrific. My wife cannot eat wheat or fish, Damio just changed the menu around what she could eat. Every dish was stunning. An excellent wine cellar as well. Breakfast was fantastic too. Montallegro is not a tourist town. The locals are friendly and it hosts several good cafes and pizzerias. Close by are wonderful archeological sites and lovely beaches. Damio and Adrianna are just the perfect hosts too.

So much character & a fine dining restaurant
Where to start….. From the warm & effusive welcome, to the beautiful, quirky suite & the incredible fine dining tasting menu we were blown away. It’s 19 minutes from Bovo Marina which has a beach to die for toooo…. Off the beaten track but absolute heaven. We were late September, I’m sure it’s way busier in the summer.

A beautiful experience from reception by a smiling and lovely Zenida to saying a lengthy goodbye to Adriana and Damiano. This really charming hotel was the perfect highlight of our trip to Sicily to treat our Japanese friends. We were very impressed with the delicious tasting menu which was so unique, delicious and truly art on a plate. Adriana helped us with excellent wine choices in a very professional way. Our rooms were comfortable, quiet and really tastefully decorated. It was a joy🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

After a long day visiting the SW coast and Segesta, this was a terrific find on our journey. Welcoming staff, comfortable, spacious room and delicious dinner - and breakfast in the morning - all superb. Old world charm and hospitality with modern touches. A little tricky to find, but well worth it!

Expertly restored building in the center of Montallegro with an adjoining starred restaurant. The period style furnishings, the rooms, each different from the other, are spacious as are the bathrooms. Elegance reigns everywhere with tapestries, moldings. The room on the top floor has corner hydromassage tub and terrace Excellent breakfast Excellent dinner Sore point…. the lack of elevator
