Suggestions: There are additional charges for using the hot pool, which could perhaps be included in the overall price. The Wi-Fi connection was quite poor during my stay. Additionally, the showers had some issues; the water temperature was inconsistent and didn’t function properly. Overall, very family orientated and relaxing place.

Ensure the place is spotless clean, fumigate regularly as I do t believe you do.. check for nests in rooms...there's a lot of wood..bugs, insects love wood..

Montagu Springs is wonderful for all ages. The fresh mountain air just rejuvenates the soul. My grandchildren loved the pools & the play area. Loads of fun all round...

Its awesome, would recommend it to all my family nd friends, booking again nd every year from now on. Montagu Springs just needs to adjust their time frames for in and ou booking as it is too late nd to early to book out. Please relook at your time frames as we are coming from far.

The place has taken its toll over the years. Facilities are run down, with no visible improvements. Very little activities for the kids. The 'games room' is not really a games room. The only thing that has remained outstanding over the years are the friendly staff. They are just amazing.

The facilities are good. Beds are sub par. We went to rest but a big group spoiled it for us with being noisy etc. Booked out a day earlier

Best place to relax and have some fun with friends and family. Excellent service from staff. Very friendly and helpful. I love the communication before arrival. Always willing to help out where they can.
