This place is a disgrace. Staff were incredibly rude and did not want to help with the smallest of requests. We asked for some towels and they did not have any. The pool was closed for no reason most of the time. Our hut was infested with ants and they refused to let us move. It took a full day to get rid of them and there was a smell in the hut for the remainder of our ‘holiday’. We paid a deposit which they have taken from us and are refusing to give it back even though our hut was left in pristine condition. They are ignoring all contact we are sending them since leaving. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy, it was a horrific experience.

Firstly.....This is not the quiet nature place as advertised on their website. Staff walk around the village with a blaring speaker with music and a microphone advertising the entertainment. We thought it was bad enough during the day but then it happened at 9pm! I guess they don't think some kids are actual in bed asleep by 8pm and that adults want to relax not be disturbed by a walking disco. Secondly.....We turned up on a Sunday afternoon prepared to eat in the restaurant that evening as all the supermarkets are shut to buy any food. On arrival we're told the restaurant is closed! With no prior warning, I even emailed to ask a few days before arriving but didn't get a response. Lastly....the communication.is shocking. I emailed numerous times but never got a response regarding our booking or if certain swimwear was needed for the boys. When we arrive the kids want to swim but can't because they don't have the 'right' swimwear. We came here to relax in nature but find the artificial noise and the inconsiderate noisy guests is worse than being in the centre of Paris!

The good: - The service. Very friendly and efficient staff. Always helping with tips despite hard working days. - The setting. Beautiful landscapes, quiet surrounding and 20-minute drive away from the beaches (Marseillan). - Good quality at the right prices. We chose half-board and didn't regret it : dinner was always delicious and catering for all types of craves (even picky children). You can do your laundry for 6€. In short, VVF maintains decent prices. - The facilities: the swimming pool, the animations, table tennis. Around the village, you can find a large sport facility at The bad: - The cottages come without fans. So it can be hot inside and at night in summer. - You will certainly need a car to get there. The bottom: Definitely recommended for families. We wished we had booked more than one week.

Les mobile-homes étaient les uns sur les autres aucune intimité. Pas assez de places de stationnement pour les voitures .Obliger de se garer à l autre bout du camping . Le point qui peut rattraper cette mauvaise expérience c est la fourniture du linge de lit.

Je recommande vivement Vvf très bien situé, cadre magnifique, très bien entretenu, logements très confortables et très bien équipés. Très belle piscine, eau bien chaude. Nous avons passé un super séjour Très bon accueil, équipe très sympathique et disponible. Nous avons également bien apprécié les animations proposées. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Il fait très chaud dans les mobil homes attention aux guêpes ! Pas de moustiques par contre Le chant des cigales vont accompagnera tout votre séjour Équipe d animations au top ! Tous très accueillant ! Déçu par le peu de randonnée proposées sur notre semaine Logements confortables avec terrasses piscine au top

Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances .Les enfants étaient ravis, les animateurs au top .En ce qui concerne les commentaires sur les personnes habillées dans la piscine , c est un burkini fait de la même matière qu un maillot de bain, donc très hygiénique, Ces personnes ont elles aussi le droit de profiter de la piscine sans avoir à batailler.
