It is a five-minute drive from Mont Tremblant Lake and there is a beautiful lake on the edge of the hotel. The old lady at the front desk is very good and the breakfast is good. The ideal place to stay.

GGuest UserWere given a two story room. It was horrible. Room was extremely dated with dark walls, awful wallpaper, uncomfortable furniture, old appliances in kitchenette. Had to go down about 15 steep stairs to get to bedroom, which is not fun for a retired couple. Room service was non-existent. View was a forest. Trip from elevator to our room was down a very long, dark hallway. Had no way to control air conditioning, so room was freezing. Only benefit was gas fireplace which we used to warm up.
Hotel itself was in excellent location - in heart of Mont Tremblant Village. Walking distance to everything - go carts, rock climbing, zip lining, trampoline, restaurants. Plenty for families to do. Definitely an expensive tourist destination! Two coffees (1 small, 1 large) cost $9.00. Long lineups in evening for any restaurant.

QQIONGThe location of the hotel is very convenient. The third floor can directly access the ski resort area, and there is a free place for storing skis! It may be that the snow season is relatively busy, and the hotel's sanitation work is very general, but the service attitude of the staff is still very good. There are free tickets for priority access to the snow park, ice skating and night snow parks. Finally, I would like to remind everyone that when booking an overseas hotel via Ctrip, you must get the zero bill when you leave the shop. Because you have had previous painful experience, this time you are especially careful. As expected, it is almost double-charged. Confirm at the front desk that the room charge has been deducted!

GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy. It is not crowded for three people. It is convenient to cook by yourself. The scenery outside the window is like a fairy tale world, which is amazing. The breakfast is rich, and coffee and tea are free at any time. The front desk service is very thoughtful, warm and kind. It was a very good stay experience.

HhappymouseVery comfortable room, equipped with a kitchen, the layout is very reasonable, but it's a pity that I couldn't experience the feeling of the fireplace in winter. However, there is an extra charge for lighting a fire in the fireplace, and the laundry service is charged but self-service, and I was not able to use it successfully. The location of the hotel is very convenient for walking around the center and climbing up the hill to watch the sunset. It is worth recommending. However, the breakfast is really very, very average, but it is included in it, otherwise it is very comfortable to make breakfast in the room by yourself

GGANGawesome! Love this style of hotel in this environment. As a reminder, be sure to book a lake view room, you can see the morning glow. Especially the sun rising over the misty lake is too beautiful.

LLIHONGThe hotel is in a good location, but the price and environment of the stay are a little bit different. The 1st and 3rd people stayed a night for 1776 and felt a bit expensive. I heard a quarrel in the corridor or the other side, I didn't sleep well in one night, the bed in Room 3 was not particularly clean, and the bathroom was extremely small.
All in all, it is not particularly ideal.

The downside is that the room is a bit small, the toilet is small and there is no bathtub, the breakfast is average, the air conditioner and the bathroom exhaust fan are a bit noisy

GGuest UserNice place but a bit outdated. We waited two hours for our room. The people at the reception were patient despite the dissatisfaction of many people. No restaurant on site. No water in the indoor pool.
Two bathrooms which is great for a family. Good outdoor swimming pool as well as the jacuzzi.
Clean and comfortable room.

Hôte très accueillant et sympathique qui prépare de très bons petits déjeuners !
Accès très facile au parc du Mont Tremblant pour de super randos ou au sentier des cimes pour un instant suspendu.
Baignade, canoë, marche vélo.... On peut tout faire dans un cadre calme et enchanteur !
