I’ve always stayed in the village, but wanted a nicer place with more space and better value for this adult/teen trip. The two bedroom chalet at Auberge Sauvignon surpassed every expectation I had. The chalet was spotless when we entered, and beautiful. We all had our own bathroom and shower. The view of the mountain from the top floor was amazing. The staff were helpful with directions. The shuttle dropped and picked us up within minutes when we called from the village. It was seemless. We are breakfast and dinner in the chalet, ate out for lunch. If you’ve experienced the prices at the local restaurants, you know this is a huge savings. My only request would be a salt and pepper mill. Beds and pillows were comfy after a tiring day of skiing. I appreciated being able to turn the heat down and up in each room. The hot tub was sparkling clean. I liked being able to put the kids upstairs in the loft. Thank you for a great stay. I’d love to come back to cycle in the summer!

I was going to give them 1 star if it wasn’t for the great condition and location of the cottages. Pros. Good location in good proximity to the ski lifts Cottages are in good shape and decorated tastefully Good price Cons Customer satisfaction is not their objective They didn’t remove the snow for 3 days, I had to go and complaint, because I couldn’t make it up the driveway due to ice build up. Thank god they left a snow shovel next to the entrance and I was able to clean the stairs and deck outside the door. After 5 pm no one will ever get back to you. They have an emergency number posted, but rest assured the no one is on the other end of the line. We are a family of 4 and we asked for a few extra towels, and they did accommodate us and the front desk person was very nice. It’s basically a glorified Airbnb. One more think, we found it a little awkward that the shower was literally in the bedroom.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in unserer Blockhütte im Wald. Das Haus ist soooo gemütlich und toll ausgestattet, einfach aber toll und sehr sauber. Es gibt ein riesiges Bett unter dem Dach und ein Schlafzimmer mit einem kleineren Doppelbett. Das Wohnzimmer mit Kamin ist riesengroß und ganz gemütlich gestaltet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, man kann sogar Wäsche waschen und trocknen. Der Whirlpool auf der Terrasse ist super… unter freiem Himmel im warmen Pool sitzen. Das Auto kann man direkt auf dem Grundstück parken. Das einzige Manko ist ein recht kleines Bad, für vier Leute zu klein mit zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Doch dafür wird man vor dem Fenster gerne mal von Rehen begrüßt. Auch der Grill auf der Terrasse war toll, wir haben es sehr genossen hier zu grillen. Schade ist, dass es scheinbar viele Gäste gibt, die sorglos mit dem Eigentum anderer Leute umgehen und einiges zerstört haben. Vielen Dank für die Erfahrung, wohnen im Blockhaus wie vor hundert Jahren. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

L'accueil est très médiocre, le service n'est pas bon et le code de la porte n'était pas le bon. La chambre était très belle, le lit confortable. Le spa n'était pas fonctionnelle et pas de bois pour faire un feu. Le déjeuner offert était bien mais il faudrait plus de choix.
