There are only two floors. There is no elevator on the second floor, but fortunately the distance is not far.
The air is very fresh.
Although it is small, it has everything.
If you want to eat breakfast, you must buy it on Ctrip. It is very cost-effective. If you buy it on site, it is nearly 14 euros per person.
Several staff members are beautiful.
The parking lot has access control and you will be given a password.
There are also charging stations.
There is a super large Carrefour nearby, which is great.

Location ideal for our last leg to the UK from Portugal. The price and facilities were perfect. It was dog friendly and, unlike other french establishments we stayed at, we were not ripped off (only €5). The staff were fantastic and helpful. Food was also available. It was well priced too and served its purpose. For the price it puts other motels, more expensive motels, to shame! Well done. We will be back!!!

Booked this on the website after cancelling our stay at Evreux.....got there to be told that the restaurant was closed and only pizza available. This was the same at each Campanile we tried in Rouen. WHAT IS GOING ON CAMPANILE??? Your are well known for your buffet des entreés & desserts, we have been staying at Campaniles for over 20 years & have never known anything like this?! Get your act together!!!

We stayed as a family of five in adjoining rooms as an overnight stop on the way to the Vendée. The rooms were nothing special, but perfectly adequate for a nights rest and the beds were comfy. It feels very like an American Motel. We were able to park the car just outside and the parking was free. No height restrictions either which is good as we have a roof box. The lady at reception was very nice and very helpful. We took a bus from outside the huge Carrefour hypermarket (600m walk) to Rouen- it cost us circa 9E each way for 5 places (you pay for anyone over 5 years old). We loved Rouen - what a lovely city. We had some bubble tea then ate outside on a terrace in a nice restaurant and had a wander around, before catching the bus back. Would definitely recommend.

Campanile may be a simple style of hotel but this one proved to be perfect for our few days in Rouen. Sophie and her team were brilliant! They were so helpful and friendly, keeping us informed of what was going on in the town (a festival celebrating Joan of Arc) and how this affected local transport. (Immediately outside the hotel was a bus stop getting us down to the historic centre in about 15 minutes for 1.70 euros.) Sophie even took a photo in the nearby Carrefour of something we wanted to get for our grandchild! We had breakfast each day and it was plentiful and varied as well as being fresh and of good quality. We ate two evenings in the restaurant and were again very happy with what was on offer and the quality. We would not hesitate to come back both to Rouen and to this hotel.

I was staying here for 1 night whilst local the hotel is very clean and well presented and the staff were friendly polite and very welcoming my room (34) was very clean and well presented and the car park was ample. the hotel itself is located near to the motorway without being too close and bothersome

No hand rail to climb out the bath only two small towels supplied, crazy size pillows. Bed was comfy, good secure parking. Good location for driving to Calais, can't believe the layout of the room had to reach over the TV to tun the kettle on.
