The staff appeared distracted as they had another party expected. The waitress at dinner was unfriendly. The room was adequate and meal ok but there was no ambiance or welcoming atmosphere. Would not stay here again because of the lack of caring

Has big rooms, great food, and service is excellent, . If you plan to travel near Mont de Marsan, this Hotel is definitely your best choice by far. Also great for wedding events. Staff goes beyond your expectations.

Un séjour merveilleux dans un cadre paisible et confortable. L’hôtel est très bien situé, et l’équipe est au petit soin pour ses hôtes. On s’y sent bien tout de suite grâce à la bienveillance et l’adaptabilité du personnel aux envies de ses clients. Un lieu où vous serez chouchouté, écouté, aidé. Les lits sont extrêmement confortables, les draps de qualité, l’insonorisation parfaite. Nous y revenons régulièrement et ne sommes jamais déçus. Merci à Zurina, Sandra, Louise, et Yvan pour avoir contribué à nous faire passer de merveilleuses vacances !

Absolument impeccable ! Que des éloges à émettre sur l’hôtel, très propre, très joli, belle déco, de l’espace, tout est bien, y compris le petit déj’ ! Au restaurant la carte est serrée mais éclectique, comme d’ailleurs la carte des vins, cuisine assez élégante et maîtrisée, Personnel très pro, service efficient. Parfait pour une étape très confortable.

J'ai choisi la formule étape le poisson était réchauffé et immangeable je n'ai pas pu prendre de dessert car le café gourmant qui figurait bien sur la carte formule étape que l'on m'a donnée n'était pas disponible pour les formules étapes mais uniquement pour les choix à la carte, l'entrée en revanche était délicieuse et elle a constitué mon repas l'hôtel m'a offert en compensation les boissons. La chambre est vraiment magnifique mais il y a eu toute la nuit des bruits dans les murs je pensais au départ que c'était le voisin mais cela ne peut pas durer toute la nuit heureusement que j'avais des boules QUIES, puet-être est-ce lié à la ventilation ? j'avais pourtant coupé le chauffage.

Agréablement surpris par cet établissement très correct. Le personnel est accueillant. Les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses. Le restaurant est très bien. Plats joliment préparés et de bonne qualité. La piscine est spacieuse et une vue sur un bel étant complète ce joli panorama.
