Got to my room and the A/C wasn't working. Called the desk and after 2 hours, multiple people, and having the unit replaced, I was able to actually use my room. It took another 2 hours to cool down to make it bearable. The room never fully cooled down. It was very hot outside and sitting in a warm room and not being able to relax for 2 hours was not good. Upon checking out the next day, the front desk said they couldn't do anything about it as I had booked through a third party (**********). So, I paid for a room that was a little miserable. They couldn't move me as sold out. Nothing like paying full price for a room and getting a hot room in the Texas heat.
