I loved this place so much! Beautiful accomodation, kind people. The pool is great, the view is amazing, the stuff is lovely! We will come back for sure! Thank you so much for the experience!🥰 Highly recommended for a day or for longer as well. We stayed just 2 nights, but it wasnt enough.

I want to thank you because just by talking to you I immediately cancelled the reservation, rudeness is the order of the day! I politely asked that the check in which is at 3pm be brought forward to at least 12pm since it was a support solution as I had to go to a spa, with so much rudeness and rudeness it was denied and not only by one but also by two additional receptionists I was asked to pay more to be able to bring forward ABSURD! I immediately asked to speak to a manager who only acted as a patch and was climbing the mirrors. However I cancelled the reservation and I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT STAYING THERE, they are very vain and haughty which is not allowed as the structure and staff leave much to be desired it was only a support solution but I will find better even in COURTESY SURELY…

Beautiful place, breathtaking view, nothing to say! Too bad that the pool will be big for 10 people at most and they tend to fill it up to the max without limits, in this way you have no space to relax on the lounger or to cool off in the pool. Wonderful resort where you can relax and have a peaceful stay. Beautiful, spacious and comfortable accommodations with a plentiful breakfast. Super pool. We also used it after check out time by paying a supplement on the price. Small negative note, the smell of mold in the apartment. For one night skiing we managed by opening the windows but they need to fix the problem

Don't be fooled by the photos, this is a real rip-off. We booked a DOUBLE ROOM WITH A FRENCH BED (I UNDERLINE DOUBLE!!!!!) through booking. As soon as we arrived at the facility they told us that the room we had chosen was not suitable because it was too small, we had to change it to a double room ADDING €90. We asked perplexed to see the room we had booked and we entered a frankly embarrassing room, not so much for the small size, but because THERE IS NO DOUBLE BED! Let's forget about the bathroom...... Enviable for a youth hostel. We were forced to move into the other room, after dinner we were asked to settle the bill, adding €90. We pointed out that this was not acceptable, we had booked a double room at a given price.... No way. We decide to leave given the scam, THEY DEMANDED PAYMENT FOR EVERYTHING EVEN THOUGH WE DIDN'T STAY TO SLEEP. RUN AWAY IT'S A SCAM, VERY OLD AND DILAPTIC ROOMS, HIGH PRICES..... 'AND DISHONEST!!!!

Ottimo posto per stare in santa pace e rilassarsi. Ottimo il personale molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento Pozzarello dove ho alloggiato con la mia amica molto bello pulito e curato nei minimi dettagli, in particolare il bagno top. Tutto molto curato anche all' esterno, fuori ,prato curato e piscina sempre pulita dallo staff. Addirittura il servizio a bordo piscina. Sicuramente un posto dove tornare. Grazie siamo state benissimo

Buonasera, volevo far notare che sarebbe da prevedere dalla Direzione, come in tutti i luoghi dove si usufruisce dalla giornata in piscina, un costo equo al tempo di permanenza effettivo, ossia prevedere anche il costo per la mezza giornata. Spiego meglio: io e il mio compagno siamo arrivati presso la struttura alle ore 15:00 di una domenica di agosto per il servizio piscina. Siamo stati costretti a pagare il costo per l'intera giornata ammontante ad euro 20,00 cadauno, anziché pagare per mezza giornata. Premetto che l'apertura della piscina è dalle ore 9:00 fino alle 20:00. Considerato questo tempo, io e il mio compagno, abbiamo pagato il costo di fruizione del servizio per 11 ore avendo solobla possibilità effettivamente di starci per 5 ore. Non mi sembra né giusto né corretto per il cliente.
