Home bike. Our bikes are placed in the surveyed and closed garage. Recharge available. The room for 6 people is at the last floor. No lift. We make your bed itself. Don't forget shower lingerie and care products. Near the grand place. Stores and shoppers nearby. We will take the apero face to the hotel in work. Restaurant of the evening “La vache à carreaux”. After a difficult night, because it makes caniculous and the rooms do not have air conditioning, direction Petit-Déjeunet buffet. Nothing special. The machine coffee is good. The rest is unfortunately “industrial”. The hotel is very good for 1 or 2 nights if you want to discover Mons, its monuments and museums.

Very nice hotel. Beds were great, really good shower and good food. We had dinner and breakfast and both were recommendable. Nice selection of wines for those who like that. We will definetely be staying here more times as we pass by to Paris. Hotel has free parking.

I have stayed here twice before but in twin rooms. They were super. This time it was a double and I found it crazy that the bed was in a corner where one person was up against the wall and had to crawl in from the foot of the bed. The bathroom area had a bad smell but which did not penetrate into the main room. Unfortunately the guest next door were loud and we didn't sleep well.

We stayed 1 night at the start of our 5 day bicycle trip. Friendly, quiet hotel, close to the highway and bicycle routes. You can bike to Mons and the famous historical boat lifts and the huge boat lift of Strépy, or to Binche, or the castle of Seneffe via nice routes.We were allowed to leave our car at the hotel parking for 5 days. Thank you so much for that. Good breakfast. The hotel is next to an industrial area, so quiet at night. There is a restaurant, where truckers come, next to the hotel. Should stay there again.

We have chosen this beautiful place for our marriage unfortunately the politeness and gentleness of some of the local managers are far from the minimum syndical you could hope for this kind of place... the evening of the marriage I hear me say By the owner that there is a seminar and that I therefore have no noise and not to enclosure the passage and that it is a privilege to let me decorate the room that I've hired over €3000 and that I've chosen it well so it is at its conditions ! My guests and my service providers have literally been attacked and threatened to be fucked at the door by madame. The commitments made by the owners have not been respected and even the evening we meet with our naked singer changing out of her room without even having the opportunity to get her scene costumes... Although we are We had a calm discussion the next morning, but I can unfortunately only give a negative opinion on this beautiful place. I can only advise you to find another place for your marriage if you want to avoid this kind of extra stress...

AAndréNice hotel. As you are used to from Van der Valk Hotels. Unfortunately there was heavy construction work which had a negative impact on the stay. However, the employees tried very hard to make the guests as pleasant as possible. They did a great job!

GGuest UserI stayed for 3 nights in April and loved it. Having stayed in a Martin hotel previously in Mechelen, I knew what to expect. Upon booking I requested the room with the big round window, which is called the Carnaval room. It's on the 3rd floor, where most of the other themed rooms are. The lift was a plus! Note there are a few steps to get into the hotel itself but they may have a workaround for wheelchair users, just FYI. Contact them before booking, to be sure. Good wet room, excellent shower pressure, huge bed. TV channels were glitchy. They have a laundry service but it's pricey, I found a laundrette in the street behind the hotel which had great hours. Lots of space. The restaurant was good for dinner and the free breakfast was plentiful. Staff extremely helpful. Did I mention the bed? It was huge and very comfy. Will stay again.

From start to finish very good, met by a very charming and helpful member of staff who was very clear on everything she told us (even though she said her English was not good), it’s very good. She also informed us that Coffee, Tea, Hot chocolate from the downstairs machine was free (what a refreshing change) & to help ourselves. Room was small but perfect, clean, modern, which was a surprise in such a distinguished building. Everything worked fine in the room etc. only downside was how hot it was, I did have a fan which I used which did help, I think air conditioning would be very difficult for this building to install. In the evening another member of staff this time a nice friendly gentleman, had chat with us asking us about our journey etc and because we were leaving early, showed us how to use the gate remote again, as we’d not taken if in when the previous member of staff showed us. So unfortunately we did not get to have breakfast so cannot comment. All in all a great stay made better by the people. Would deffinately recommend. Thank you

Mmaksimsivanovs92Why not 5/5 you might ask? On the 2nd night the reception gave a gay couple the key to my room. I found out about it when they walked in at around 10PM as I was falling asleep. They must have thought I was a present from the hotel. Little to say the unnecessary awkward minute interaction lead to inability to sleep for the next 2 hours and a consequent drop in efficiency at work the next day. The hotel cleaning staff drops a discount card under your door if you don't want your room cleaned, which is a cute gesture from their side. Nonetheless, the first day a week after I decided to let them clean the room, the staff mistaken my bag with toothbrush, paste, shaving cream, razor and nail scissors for a garbage bag and threw it out. Other than they let me use their microwave and offered their restaurant cook to boil the rice I wanted to cook myself. The hotel staff is extremely friendly. The suppressing majority of interactions were very pleasant, and a few neutral. No bad ones tho.
