The hotel was fairly average in its offerings. The service staff could benefit from additional training and improvement. The cleanliness of the rooms also left something to be desired, not quite meeting the highest standards. However, the location of the hotel is still reasonably acceptable, as it is relatively close to the nearby highway. While the overall experience was not exceptional, the hotel's proximity to major transportation routes makes it a somewhat convenient option for travelers. With some enhancements to the quality of service and attention to detail in the rooms, this hotel could potentially provide a more satisfactory stay. Nevertheless, as it stands currently, the hotel delivers a fairly standard experience that meets basic needs, but does not exceed expectations. Further refinements in various areas could elevate the guest experience to a more impressive level.

Extended another night at the hotel via third party agent and originally need to check out but the front desk made an exception and combined my two bookings into one. Excellent service ! Very thoughtful.

The room was really dirty & smelly when I arrived and for the whole duration, even though I asked for a deep cleaning many times, there are a lot of ************ in the hotel also that you witness which is a huge turn off

At first I liked the hotel and location, but had two BIG issues.
The first is that one night my girlfriend walked into the bathroom and flipped on the light and spotted a small cockroach. Unfortunately if there are small cockroaches there are big ones and if there is one there are many :(
Secondly, we left a pair of gold earrings on the bathroom sink and when we returned in the afternoon they were missing. The hotel to this day is refusing to do anything about this issue. We had read previous reviews about stolen AirPods at this location, but didn’t pay much attention. For anyone else thinking about booking, definitely watch out for your belongings!
