The television was super outdated. The remote control wouldn’t work majority of the time but somehow managed to not have enough security or confirmation that my baby touched a button & a movie was ordered.. mind you the remote didn’t even work to let me know it was “purchased” or rented let alone did it even play! The cleanliness could’ve been a tad better but for the price I guess it made sense. The soap is so cheap it dries you out. The shower curtain didn’t really keep all the water inside the tub/ shower area. The beds were decently comfortable. When checking out they gave me the cash back that paid it in except they took money from my cash deposit from the so called movie that was ordered instead of putting it on my card . And it was taxed $30 for a rented movie is absolutely ridiculous!

We were only there from 11pm to 7am. No matter who you are with, family, friends or work, this place is for no one. Door wouldn’t open or close and I was being shown some tricks to do that, no I am not supposed to learn that. Comforters and sheets were dirty with black and red marks and with hair. Has to replace them. Toilet valve was leaking so all night we couldn’t sleep as we heard the flush music. Also toilet wouldn’t flush even a little about of toilet paper. They had to let us use another rooms toilet in the morning.
It took me 2 hours to fix issues out of 8 hours of my stay and we were an hour late to where we had to be in the morning. Neha and Ravi, they both were great but couldn’t do much as I guess they don’t own the place. This place needs to shut down or be renovated big time.

Staff are friendly. Room is spacious and clean. Data signal is bad and Wi-Fi connection is terrible.

We pulled into parking lot. The hotel looksl ike it is filled with homeless. Half the exterior doors were wide open and people just walking in and out of room.
Went into lobby snd walked out. Did not even check in. I would not put myself or my family into this hotel.
Even in daylight did not feel safe in parkingl ot.

Comfortable beds, nice location close to the Mall. The furniture and fittings need to be replaced as they look very tired.

I paid for the premium room. The first room was ok. We had issues getting in to the room because of the lock so the front desk clerk changed our rooms. That room was slightly better cleanliness wise. However throughout the weekend, we had issues with that lock as well. The hotel definitely needs to update all of the rooms and locks to justify the price. I'm happy I paid for an upgraded room or who knows what kind of conditions the room would have been.
