The staff are all very helpful. They do everything they can to fix any issues that arise in a very quick response time. If you have any questions about the area they help by giving very good reviews and directions. The breakfast has added more items for everyone to enjoy. Thank you

This place was honestly just so horrible. I’m not the type to leave bad reviews but this place honestly was just so bad . They couldn’t even bother to clean the room properly. I don’t recommend anyone to stay here!! Doesn’t look like the pictures online at all

The staff were friendly and helpful. You can see they are trying to make improvements. A can see they have many more to come. The beds were comfortable. The price was good. It was quiet and comfortable. Thumbs up to Brooke and penny and all the other whose names escape me!

Don’t stay there unless you run out of options. The hotel looked like a place were folks stay daily… no Kleenex toilet not flushing bathroom floor cracked looked liked my 18 year old painted the room and the door leading into the room had a big opening like someone measured the cutting incorrectly I was truly disappointed And felt disgusted the 1 night I was there

Super 8 has really upgraded and the property I’m so glad that they have a new property manager he’s doing an amazing job he’s painted rooms etc and make sure it’s a safe environment for the children now

The rooms are in need of a serious upgrade. Cleanliness of rooms were in poor satisfaction. The service was up to pare but rooms overall were terrible. In all fairness they are starting the remolding process which when finish I'll go back and try them out again.

Severe mold this place is unsafe, do not go if you have any sort of respiratory problems, can't shower because the time in there will make you sick, mini fridge broken and moldy the government should come in and shut this place down as a matter of public safety

Room was not ready to check in until after 8:30PM, TV was not working, No coffee pot, No iron, Water was Off for the whole motel the first night (May 4, 2023) Garbage Cans were overrunning on sidewalk and parking lot, Small boy came up to car asking for money, No shampoo, small soap for 2 nights stay, Kitchen and Pool were both closed for renovations? No carpet on floor. We didn't need our Second night (May 5, 2023) and they refused a cancellation and refund .... I filed a Customer Care Complaint with BOTH Wyndham and Monroe, NC Health Department!

I booked this hotel due to my travel schedule to Monroe. Hotel check in staffs were kind but, This hotel has bed bugs! Please avoid. I stayed in room 504. They did nothing to refund. I recommend different hotel if possible
