I was lucky enough to stay at this hotel in June 2022 for 2 nights. What can I say, disgusted. The first day we find hundreds of ants (documented with photos), I warn the reception who intervenes with bygon and says that in the heat the ants come out, never heard a more stupid excuse. The problem seems solved, late in the evening we go back to the room, again full of ants... The next morning I report it, they say they have solved it. Nothing more false, in the evening we go back to the room and find the ants, the reception this time a powdered insecticide. We go to dinner and when we return late at night, we even find a cockroach. I take videos and photos and send them to the reception (only closed at 21). On the third day I check out and apart from apologizing they have not given me any refund! Unacceptable, I believe that a room infested with insects is probably not compliant with the hygiene law in public places. In addition, the staff did not offer any solution, room change or refund. It goes without saying that it doesn't end here I will do everything in my power according to the law to assert my trampled rights. They ruined my holiday, I spent 2 sleepless nights and I believe a hotel like this shouldn't remain open to the public without first solving the obvious hygiene problems. It must be said that it is a 4-star hotel, 300 euros a night to sleep with cockroaches... Speechless, I find all this shameful. To stay absolutely away both for the fact itself and for the absence of answers and solutions offered for the enormous inconvenience suffered by the hotel management. Unheard of
