Hotel had no electric when we arrived and receptionist had no idea when it would be on, No elevator, had dipping pool in room and smell of chemicals from pool forced us to not stay the second night. No refund offered when I explained of chemical smell, offered a different room but had already been turned off of property and overall condition was final straw, rooftop pool and dining area was poorly executed and made property feel very unkept
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ESPECIALLY FOR PRICE AND MISLEADING PICTURES OF PROPERTY

Location on the outskirts of Monopoli is good, with a short walk into the old town and opposite Porto Rosso beach. The room was ok, let down big time by the lack of a shower. We had a room with a double jacuzzi bath - style over substance! The bath wasn’t even attached to the wall so it was impossible to avoid water going everywhere while trying to balance in the uneven bath with shower head in one hand and trying to wash hair! Breakfast was ok, not very generous compared with other B&Bs/hotels we’ve stayed in. The pool is very misleading - it’s only possible to sit in it to cool off. It’s only a couple of feet deep.

During the breakfast, our money disappeared from my wallet. We made a complaint but the hotel wasn't interested in our problem. It was our worst experience in Italy, you can find much better place to enjoy your holiday.

Perfect beach location
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for beach lovers, as it's right across the street from the beach. The breakfast was incredibly delicious, and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful throughout my stay.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel, very well located a few meters from the sea and not far from the center. Swimming pool and terrace to rest quietly after the ball. Very clean room, very hearty breakfast on the terrace with salty and sweet. Very welcoming and smiling staff. To recommend

Cockroaches and ants in the room. The management not only did not resolve the situation in the 2 days that we were there but also declined any responsibility and reimbursement for the damage suffered. Needless to say, I promptly reported the incident as soon as we arrived but it didn't help. They didn't care for 2 days that we were there. Finally, I would like to point out that having the reception open only until 9 pm is absolutely not good because if something happens during the night, there is no way to call anyone, they don't even answer the phone.
