This B&B is in a great location in Monopoli. If you have the sea view you get the road though! The breakfast was brought to our room every morning and it was lovely to sit on the balcony in the morning sunshine. Very clean rooms and a great shower. My only complaint would be is that there was nobody there when we arrived. I had been asked to call half an hour before our arrival which i did but nobody answered. When eventually I did get through Claudio said he would be there in 10 minutes ...... I guess that's a Monopoli 10 minues. We waited half a hour but luckily the sun was shining!

A bit surprised on arrival that this was not a hotel but rather a building with 3 rooms and a tiny kitchen area ( where breakfast was made for the 3 rooms) no common area but it didn’t matter because there’s a fabulous rooftop pool area and our room was lovely and we had a small private balcony. We had the king suite. A delicious breakfast was served on the roof ( or you could have it in your room) A bit inconsistent-different every day but basically fruit/ meats and cheeses/pastries/ coffee&tea/ orange juice &water.

I find the other reviews to this property a bit unfair. Yes, there is a steep staircase in the Queen Suite but you dont have to use it - instead just use the spiral staircase up to the roof like all the other guests. Yes, they prepare breakfast in the very small lobby adjacent to several rooms early in the morning but overall these are small prices to pay for a B&B in such a great position - and the breaky was excellent. We found Monopoli a noisy town anyway full of more young people but again this was overall not a bother for us - we loved it. The staff were friendly and helpful and always lovely to us providing the best service they could. The parking in Monopoli was more of an issue and you need to be prepared to walk 5 minutes with cases which we found no bother. The collection on offer is really not needed and something the hotel will offer if they can. We walked both to and from the hotel without difficulty and parked for free all days.

Very Disappointing . Only pro was close to local restaurants but not worth it given , No service, breakfast staff noisy outside rooms waking us up early. Person who picked up from the car park seemed bothered to have to help us. They speak No English. Breakfast average and very very steep stairs to to rooftop. Quite dangerous. Our room didn’t have hot water on the second day and only bath no shower? The service consisted of an app with a lot of rules it’s if sand found in the pool 100 euro charge etc. Worst stay most unfriendly in Puglia f our two weeks.

2 night stay in August 2023 only one positive thing the view of the terrace. everything else is nothing. Terrible breakfast. A 2 star hotel gives you more. room? what can I say round bed, square sheets, smaller, in the bathroom it is not possible to take a shower unless someone holds the shower head which is also broken, large but hoarse TV with broken speakers you could not listen to it, zero privacy!!! ! sliding door that divides you from the entrance you can also hear the whispers and everyone can hear you even if you breathe I'm arriving like a nightmare being in a restricted traffic zone you can't arrive by car and there is no baggage service if you travel with many of them you're screwed by the associated parking 1 km away with no shuttle service the owner is a rude boor they only focus on the large flow of tourists arriving I'm not afraid of being proven wrong this is just the truth we got ripped off!! rip-off!! rip-off!! and the confirmation is that they ask you to pay upon arrival from there you should understand everything As above if there is something that is not true I dare you to prove me wrong I forgot no tax receipt for payment

Then delivery of the room arrived half an hour after the deadline, nice room disastrous bathroom cleaning of the room terrible without toilet paper without towels terrace wonderful cleanliness 0 even in the pool it works as water for the pigeons which to be honest are not many clean carriers of diseases breakfast The terrace view is terrible, priceless but it's not worth the money spent. We won't drink there again

We stayed in a beautiful room, the breakfast was really excellent, the staff were very kind, the room was spotless, in short, a little paradise to relax and enjoy a wonderful experience, we also had dinner in the room with typical Apulian food of excellent quality

The monster body needs emotions, emotions that only the Bellavista Suite can give. Nothing more spectacular than raw eaten by the pool, without forgetting the colors of the dawn and then waking up to a breakfast by the pool. TOPPP… Super recommended
