Excellent structure in the center, a stone's throw from the center and the sea, kind and helpful owner! Large - cozy - clean rooms! In the ba*****t there are two bedrooms with whirlpool tubs! Very beautiful. .Recommended structure !!

I stayed in the Luna suite which is one of the two ba*****t suites of the B&B; very romantic atmosphere, very thorough cleaning, large and well-functioning Jacuzzi at the foot of the bed, comfortable bed. The bathroom, albeit small, is also a favor and nothing is missing, even the shower is modern and welcoming. Breakfast, in the summer season, takes place in a lovely terrace on top of the period building of the B&B (period in style but perfectly restored and technologically modernized). You can taste, among other things, donuts and delicacies prepared directly by the staff, with eggs at km 0. Final thought for Mr. Nino, the very nice and enterprising manager of this beautiful structure a few steps from the magnificent historic center of Monopoli ; no frills person, first comes the customer and then the well-deserved profit! If I return to stay in Monopoli it is definitely here that I will return.

Spoke with the owner early afternoon, booked two nights, asked for a spacious room. I arrive around 8 pm. He gives me a double for single use on the ground floor. He opens me and shows me the room, quite nice, clean but very cold, we are at the beginning of February, with an icy mistral and evidently he had just turned on the heating, equipped with only one small radiator in the room. I ask for information for dinner, in the hope that the room will warm up a bit in the meantime. He tells me go for there, pointing to a pizzeria, apparently closed. I ask if he can point me to other places, he tells me to walk towards the center that I will certainly find something open (!). I ask for breakfast and he points me to a place a few hundred meters from the hotel, gives me two coupons for breakfast and greets me. After some difficulties (in the center of Monopoli, in winter, everything is apparently closed on Wednesdays!), I eat a toast in a pub and before returning I go to take a look at the bar where I should have breakfast, it looks more like a room betting. I go back to my room, temperature 14 degrees. I take a blanket in the closet, also because the quilt on the bed seems light. I put on my pajamas with a sweater on and go to bed, hoping that the radiator will do its duty during the night. Impossible to work on the computer, also because the microscopic console / desk has no chair, keeping your arms out of the covers is impossible. I wake up in the middle of the night, at 3, feeling very cold, I find the radiator turned off. I send a message to the owner writing that I would be leaving in the morning. I call him at 8 and inform him that I am leaving, he accuses me of having tampered with the thermostat to turn off the radiator, that it is not possible that it was turned off during the night, as if I were crazy. He adds that if I felt cold it is because I am not well. I ask him to send me the IBAN for the transfer, which I make immediately. I'm leaving leaving him the two breakfast coupons. In the meantime the room temperature has reached 18 degrees ... Not recommended also because the owner was really very rude. Now I'm on a farm, under the blankets, in pajamas, and without the need for a wool sweater.

I stayed in this b & b with my boyfriend in the first week of September. We were looking for a structure close to the center of Monopoli in order to reach it on foot and it was a great choice! (Several coves can also be reached on foot). Enjoyable breakfast on the terrace with the owners, all in a family context! The choice of fresh and genuine products varies. Super recommended!
