Nice and clean hotel , amazing breakfast with “ halal “ food , finally we got a hotel that serve “ halal “ food 😍 , and the staff was helpful with our needs 👍🏼 the only disadvantage was the blanket for the king bed , it was 2 small blanket instead of one big blanket , and they said that its not available on this day. But overall it was a nice experience and I recommend this hotel 😄 💯

The reception was closed when we arrived. The reception employee was super helpful. She gave me good instructions to find the card for the room, it worked out perfectly. When they miss youre phonecall, they call you back. So that is nice.

I upgraded my room online for a king-size bed with a river view, when I arrived at reception, I was charged the upgraded price, a difference of Eur 55,00, but for my surprise, the room had two singles beds and no river view, the receptionist said she had not received the information about the Upgrade, which is hard to believe, because if the price charged was for the king-size room, it means that hotel system was properly updated, the receptionist show any empathy and didn't even try to give us a solution, she simply charged us the most expensive room, blamed the Agency where we have booked and just said that we should put the beds together, this practice of selling rooms that have been already online booked online doesn't seem appropriate to me, ot os disrespectful, I needed to pay higher and the service was not delivered and Hotel didn't care about it !

Three night stay at this hotel for business meetings in the area. Very clean and neat lobby and room. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke english perfectly. I was not a fan of the marshmallow pillows. Room is pure basic and was adequate. Good hot water supply. I did not try the breakfast so can't comment on that. Biggest drawback was the lack of proximity to any incidental ammenaties or food establishments. There are no convenience stores near by (2-3 kilometers walking distance to the nearest one) and none in the hotel (small refrigerator in the hotel lobby where you can buy limited soft drinks and snacks at the front desk). The hotel would do well to establish a gift shop/convenience store to service thier patrons due to the lack of availability of such in the area. It would have been nice to acquire a cup of coffee any time of day but especially in the morning when a full cost breakfast was the only way to acquire this. Overall though, a pleasant stay with pleasant staff.

we booked a family room but got a regular room. We knew this because our neighbors all said they had booked a regular room and not a family room and it was exactly the same. so no place to put the cot because everything was very small. Furthermore, breakfast is very well organised.

The room was clean, quiet and temperate and only everything i needed. I was able to link my phone to the tele so I was able to watch movies from my phone to the tele. Enough clean towels and bedding.
