The worst stay I've ever had ! When I arrived the room, the 1 light bulb is missing, the phone was not working. I have to went down to the reception and reported that. The receptionist had an unhappy face. The shower water comes on and off, it just suddenly stopped when I try to adjust the temperature. I dare not to touch it before I finished the shower. The day time receptionist stopped me to leave when my transportation comes, he said the bed frame is broken. I told him how can I break the bed frame? He said:" Did I said you break the bed frame?" So why you stopped me to leave and tell me so? If you doesn't means that why you telling me so? He just kept repeating "Did I say you broke the bed frame ?" When I went back to the room, I've found out that's the bed I didn't sleep with. I told the staffs that I was alone in the room last night and I didn't sleep on that bed. They kept asked me some nonsense questions. That's only you stay in the room? Who was the technician guy's name who came to fixed the lamp? Actually the found that the bed frame was broken long time ago! The hotel is in the middle of no where that's only 1 KFC available in walking distance. All the facilities looks old and barely functioning. The do provide service but just simple and cold breakfast in pack

The place is better than the previous hotel that we stayed last 2023. The front desk was very helpful.

They served breakfast as continental, but only poor and imitated foods. No eggs , no sausages, etc

The facilities were quite dated but room was clean. I've read some reviews that mention cockroaches but I turned on the light on and off multiple times during nigh time and I didn't see one. The hotel is very close to the airport which was both a plus and a minus. Less time traveling but I could hear the noise in the room every time a plane landed/took off. There is a large market, Payless, nearby and a gas station too - convenient for filling up the rental car before returning it.

Upon check-in there was no power so we stowed our luggage and came back a couple hours later. Room was clean, but only provide towels, no wash clthes or hand towels. No cleaning service on follow on days. Maybe I'm out of touch with reality, but thought they still cleaned rooms daily and provided wash clothes as standard service.

If you are on business trip this is good place to stay near In airport .but if you visit Guam and spend your time in beaches/nightlife/shopping and Adventures choose the better place of Tamuning or Tumon. About my hotel that I stayed surestay by best western all I can say is the hotel staff is helpful and generous she’s filipina named sherry soliva she can also guide you around the islands.if you wanted to book your hotel in Barrigada surestay request sherry soliva to help you but don’t stay in room 320 because…why? Alots of Guamanians or American ANTS in my bed and a baby cockroach in toilet and veranda🤣next guess find out the cockroach parents..haha!

Our package is with Breakfast. Feedback from my boss, there is nothing except soup. So he went for meeting without breakfast. This is very disappointing comments from him....

Although the hotel is far from shopping places, the surrounding facilities are not bad, there are shopping supermarkets and gas stations

Let me put it this way. This hotel is probably the Hanting in the county. But the price/performance ratio is low. Although it is right next to the airport, it is not as close as staying in Tumon Bay. There is a KFC next to it, and the local supermarket is a 15-minute walk away, but it is still recommended to drive. The bed in the hotel is sunken in the middle and the toilet has very little water. The advantage may be that the air conditioning is strong enough The pool looked nice but was not cleaned properly. Overall, you need to be mentally prepared. Otherwise you will regret it

The room was very bad, fake windows, no quilt, sheets were used as quilts, the price was close to 700 yuan, this is a hotel for people to stay in, the water heater was also broken, there was no hot water for bathing, the children were all sick. Very annoying, strongly condemn the hotel

Very satisfied and will stay again next time
