Great location, the monastery is a very charming decor, the restaurant offers high quality foot but the cafetaria is slow with its service. The swimming pool is below average and it’s a pity that the outside dining experience is limited to the courtyard. Better come back after the construction has been finalized.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this Parador, the property is stunning. We stayed in a superior room which was fabulous, very spacious with great views. We enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi whilst we were there. We found the staff very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner and would highly recommend this hotel.

I've stayed at a couple of other Paradores hotels and they have all been excellent and this one is no different. It used to be a monastery and the building is both impressive and interesting. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, as was the ensuite. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice to choose from.

The monastery itself is magnificent and the rooms very comfortable. The breakfast is adequate but quite expensive and for a region renowned for its bread, it is poor with only one type of bread to choose from. The coffee is very poor, on a par with some of the worst coffees in my country, the UK
