English: Resort hidden in a valley that suddenly appears among the hills around Monforte: an enviable quiet and a relaxing view. We spent a pleasant weekend: nothing ostentatious but everything functional and easily accessible. Noteworthy is the presence of young staff for all the figures present in the various activities: smiling (an attitude that is anything but frequent), competent and very motivated in their respective occupations. The pitch & putt golf course is interesting and pleasant with 9 fun holes in a small space. The Spa is truly complete, with spaces available for multiple simultaneous accesses in comfortable and muffled environments. Certainly worthy of particular note is the attached starred restaurant. We opted for a 4-course tasting with wine pairing. Truly surprising: starting from the view, it then continues with particular scents and aromas, with truly creative associations, and, above all, flavors in the mouth that go well beyond simple food. A very pleasant and certainly unusual experience. The next day we took advantage of the e-bike rental offer and completed the visit of this truly unique landscape. Truly a nice place to "unplug" and be pampered. Thanks to those who manage with wisdom, foresight, kindness and respect.

Ho soggiornato in questo paradiso scorsa settimana. Struttura molto bella, posizione da sogno! Pulitissima, curata, personale estremamente professionale. Belle le camere arredate in modo sobrio, ma funzionali. Forse la doccia un po' piccola. Interessante la colazione su ordinazione - prodotti freschissimi e di ottima qualità. Abbiamo preso anche il loro vino! La Spa e' piccola ma con la prenotazione non ci sono problemi di affollamento anzi! Ci torneremo sicuramente. Il paesaggio poi ...rilassante, curatissimo anche quello...merita davvero una vacanza.

Abbiamo trascorso una domenica pomeriggio presso questa struttura utilizzando il pacchetto SPA + aperitivo in 3 famiglie con 3 ragazzine. La struttura è molto bella, tuttavia come anticipato verbalmente al reception, per quanto riguarda la SPA segnalo che: - una doccia emozionale (su 2 disponibili) non era funzionante - la piscina grande (con vista su vigneto) troppo calda - idromassaggio leggermente fredda Ovviamente sono opinioni soggettive (tuttavia condivise tra i 9 partecipanti), come il fatto che il bagno turco e/o sauna potevano essere arricchiti con essenze aromatizzate In ogni modo abbiamo trascorso un pomeriggio rilassante e spensierato, concludendo con un buon aperitivo (con tagliere non abbondante).
