Materie prime fresche e di prima qualità cucinate in modo semplice ad esaltazione dei sapori naturali. Impiattamento molto ben curato. Personale gentile e molto attento alle esigente del cliente. Abbiamo pranzato all'ombra ventilata degli alberi in un giardino fiorito e silenzioso. Sicuramente ci torneremo!

Camera pulita, personale gentile, prezzo non alto: ecco perché qui ci siamo trovati bene durante il nostro breve soggiorno a Monfalcone. Peccato solo aver dovuto percorrere alcuni kilometri per raggiungere la spiaggia..

Soggiornato due notti per il ponte del 25 Aprile, siamo stati molto bene, hotel pulito e nuovo o rinnovato, personale gentilissimo, stanza grande e confortevole. Colazione molto varia servita in locale con grande vetrata panoramica che dà sul giardino. Unico neo l'hotel ci ha comunicato solo poco prima del soggiorno che la sera del sabato non sarebbe stato disponibile il ristorante. Comunque consigliato; se dovessi tornare a Monfalcone soggiornerei ancora all'Hotel Italia.

Il soggiorno all'hotel Italia è stato ineccepibile, dal pernottamento - in stanze ariose e pulite - ai pasti, con scelta e qualità. Le tre stelle sono molto luminose: il buffet colazione è vario, per tutti i gusti, impreziosito da dolci home made. Il menu pranzo/cena offre piatti salutari e genuini, con il riconoscibile tocco pregevole di uno chef. Pulizie precise, letti comodi, bagni lindi. Bellissimo giardino, su cui si proietta il salone principale. Comoda posizione e ampio parcheggio. A far da cornice a tutto ciò, il valore aggiunto di un'accoglienza cordiale e premurosa da parte dei gestori, la famiglia Brugnolo. Il loro benvenuto, la loro cortesia ed ospitalità sono la ciliegina sulla torta.
