Room had 1 king bed ( hard as a rock) and a pull out loveseat ( twin / sm double ). The front office lady training a younger lady was of no assistance with the reservation that was sold to me by third party , sams travel, telling me I need to contact them. It took them 30 minutes from 4:30-5:00pm to check me in and the lobby is full waiting to check In. The checkin process was far from smooth. Then told me to call sams travel about reservation. Got to hotel room up stairs (no elevator) No explain from staff of room Was left right upstairs or down. Just shoved cards at me to leave. Come me to Find Out the still Had my Id and did not even return it as she was so flustered ( and she was the expert training a young lady) Phone in room did not work to dial out even had an employee come to try and call 800 super 8 hotel line. Phone won’t dial out told tomorrow housekeeper can look at it. Poor service.
