Great glamping site with a brilliant safari trip. Ask for MJ to guide you in the park, he was excellent - knowledgeable, engaged and discreet. It rained heavily while we were there but it didn’t dampen our spirits. Highly recommended!

It was a magical travel experience. It was nine o'clock in the evening when we arrived at the campsite. The jeep was bumpy for more than ten minutes and I almost felt sold. After arriving, I discovered a new world. In addition, we didn't eat. Although the taste of BBQ was average, When you are eating, you will be accompanied by many small animals when you lower your head. When you raise your head, you will see the starry sky, which is very atmospheric.

Manager Nalin and his team left no stone unturned to make our stay a comfortable and memorable one .It’s the fasting season and all arrangements made to make fast in the early hours of the morning with Micheal at 4am in the morning. 4 beds tent.

Me and Daniele stayed at Big Game Camp Yala and we had a very good experience. Accomodation in standard tent: confortable bed, cleaned and well-kept tent. Staff was very kind and helpful from the receptionist/Director to restaurant staff. Very good food, Since we are vegetarians, they specially prepared a dinner tailored to our needs. Very nice atmosphere during the dinner which was held around a bonfire and by candlelight, very suggestive. As wildlife photographers we booked 2 days private Safari in Yala National Park and 2 private night Walk for nocturnal spots. We have to say thank you to our guides Dilhara and Peumal for their professionalism and friendship, thanks to them we were able to take beautiful photos of Yala's wildlife, including leopards, insects and snakes. Both Dilhara and Peumal are very kind and respectful of wildlife and nature (this is very important). If you book a safari directly with Big Game Camp in Yala ask for them! Again thank you Dilhara and Peumal for the great experience!

We had wonderful experience, managed to see all the main species you can see at the park, but we also saw a Leopard, with a nice and clean and long view. I cannot stress how much this was a credit of our guide Dilhara and our driver Peumal. They have enormous knowledge of the park and an incredible passion and showed so much enthusiasm

Staying here was such a unique experience. The ultimate glamping way with an amazing dinner, white linnens and perfect staff combined with the heat, the animals and the jungle life was a perfect stay. They’re working really hard to make this a good experience and it is! Thank you, it was fantastic!

Stayed one night, wish it was more. My tent was 2 single beds on stretchers . Very comfortable and really clean. The shower had hot water and a added bonus to tenting. Water provided as well as a fan. The lovely touches were lighting, outside flame lighting and incense burning after eating our evening meal. Which was lovely sitting outside with candles and great service. If you want security you have a padlock to put through the zips on the tent. Breakfast was served on time with fresh fruit and a omlete. Tea and coffee is available to help yourself. Beautifully kept grounds, clean, swept and very inviting. Monkeys in the trees in the morning .Definitely would recommend and we did the safari. Saw a leopard and 2 elephants with tusks which is pretty rare. Loved every minute of our stay and safari.

We booked our safari in Yala through Big Game Camp and had an incredible experience. Our guide, Vimansha, and driver, Kasun, were both outstanding, professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the park and its wildlife. They made sure we had the best chance of seeing a wide variety of animals, while also sharing fascinating insights about the ecosystem and conservation efforts. The entire experience felt very well-organized and respectful of the natural environment. We came away with amazing sightings and a much deeper appreciation of Yala. Highly recommend Big Game Camp and especially this team for anyone looking for a memorable safari.
