The staff didn't speak to me other than "I.D". Fire alarm went off at 3am and was a false alarm. There were rooms standing open on my floor with the mattress hanging off the bed. The door were very loose and would stay open unless shut extemely hard. Cobwebs were all over every lighting fixture. Any amenity was "Closed for Service".

It was the worst experience i ever had at a hotel,It was dirty u professional and they didn’t have breakfast as advertised i have pictures of the rooms and conditions do not come if you care about who your bringing with

The room was disgusting, several of our friends who were there for a wedding had either bugs, stained sheets and leaks. It was under maintenance in several areas and the water smelled absolutely disgusting

You could hear the highway traffic. Wasn’t the cleanest room. Looked like a dirty sock in the drawer of the nightstand. I think the microwave has a short. Was running and got very hot on the outside of it. And I was using it.

Breakfast was never served, hallways stank of food, curry maybe. Pool was out of service. There was no cleaning of room between days, soiled towels were not replaced

Definitely not how it used to be a couple years ago. Not Clean, fridge and microwave had a odor. The air conditioner in the room was leaking water. The elevator also had a weird smell. At that point I was scared to lay on their beds, I will not be returning unless they get some new management and do some heavy fixing around there.
