I’d asked for cancellation & was denied. Instead I was all of sudden a none smoking room was found after to it wasn’t available.Out dated, rundown & smelly, tv doesn’t work. Definitely not worth 90ish a night. This place is not what’s advertised………………

Super 8 Monee Stayed here before a few years ago, very nice Super 8 right by I-57 with Truck stops and restaurants in walking distance. Very nice owner on the front desk, showed me how to use the streaming services on the TV. Excellent clean room 105. wifi a good solid 22 Meg, very easy login. Only annoying thing, no coffee maker or cups in the room to rinse after cleaning your teeth. Still happy to reccomend

Bedding/Rug stained and has cigarette burns. Bathroom tub stained and cracked. Water pressure terrible.

The bed had blood stain in the shape of human head and shoulders on sheets soaked into box springs. When I pointed it out to staff and refused to stay I was denied a refund. This place needs to be condemned!

There is nothing I really wanted to say besides I wish they would worth with you on the stay prices other than that the stay was what you would expect and the rooms were very nice and clean for the most part

It has a horrible smell upon entry and the parking area was full of litter. If I weren't staying by myself I may have looked elsewhere. The check in was average, not a pleasant individual, and the room was decent for a night.

Horrible service. Property stolen from room. Place smells like smoke and mold. Breakfast is not sanitary. Ants were found in cereal. Waffle maker filthy. Milk is poured into a dirty old coffee maker pot. Staff is very rude.

Bottom floor rooms have windows that open all the way and don’t lock. Hallway smelled like cat pee. Half the light bulbs in the room weren’t working. Shower head was hanging. You could look up in the bathroom into your ceiling and see the electrical wires. I didn’t even stay I walked out after looking at the room and went else where.
