There was NO TERME, NO POOL, only smell of sulfur. False advertising.
The property needs urgent full remodeling. It's a disaster. Broken furniture, mold, peeling paint on balconies...
However, it has nice views and surprisingly good restaurant with great fish dishes.

Hotel needs to be updated. Food and staff were very good!! We were here during the off season. Smell of sulfur outside hotel due to thermal pool.

This wonderfully retro hotel would have been the height of fashion in the 1960. It has a spectacular view over the sea with Capri in the distance. But the coast is now dominated by the main road to Naples and has ***** development all along it. The rooms were no doubt very chic but now smell of drains and the bathrooms are worse. Get a room with a sea view and spend your time on the balcony with a cool drink. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The warm volcanic waters has made this location famous since roman times! The hotel was probably built in the 1970's and is a little tired although the staff were helpful. It is a very seasonal establishment, with guests taking advantage of the beach and spa facilities in the summer months. Terme translates as spa, the sulphurous spring water can be bathed in and its aroma pervades the outside areas.

Conoscevo gia la struttura ma non avevo mai provato ad affittare una camera, posso fermamente dire di diffidare da alcune recensioni che ho trovato su internet, dicendo il servizio è ottimo, lo staff è accogliente e le camere(avevo una camera vista mare) offrono un panorama che ripaga l intera esperienza. Assolutamente consigliato.

Ho trascorso un weekend per motivi lavorativi e devo dire che il servizio è stato impeccabile. struttura molto curata, personale cordiale e sempre disponibile. Ristorante in terrazza suggestivo, da tornarci per vacanze per più di un week end

Esperienza fantastica in tutti i sensi! Camere pulite e vista mare stupenda. Il ristorante del hotel è davvero di altissimo livello e da la possibilità di cenare anche in terrazza! Assolutamente da provare! Consiglio sia alle coppie che ai gruppi di amici

Odwiedziłem niedawno ten hotel i byłem zachwycony! Przepiękny widok na morze, świeże jedzenie było absolutnie pyszne, obsługa była niezwykle sympatyczna i pomocna, a wnętrza urządzone gustownie oraz było czysto. To był naprawdę niezapomniany pobyt! Gorąco polecam ten hotel każdemu, kto szuka komfortowego miejsca na wypoczynek. Doskonałe miejsce na relaks i regenerację dzięki dostępowi do termalnych źródeł oraz zdrowemu powietrzu. Dużym plusem hotelu jest tez doskonała lokalizacja pomiędzy Neapolem a Rzymem sprawia, że jest to idealna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania okolicy. Dodatkowym atutem jest taras widokowy w restauracji, z którego można podziwiać przepiękne zachody słońca nad malowniczym krajobrazem. To naprawdę magiczne miejsce, serdecznie polecam:)
