Mondorf Parc Hotel & Spa

We discovered this resort on an afternoon. First we went to the main swimming pool (open to children) which was a big disappointment: it is old, the tiling needs to be refreshed, there is yellowed limestone on the edges etc. Swimming there is not pleasant, especially as there are not enough massage jets. There are queues for the jets and an order of passage to be respected! You have to go from left to right one after the other. So if you only want to enjoy the back massage jet, you can't. You must first go through all the other jets before getting to the one you want and what's more, you can't stay there for more than 2 minutes top time. I've been to several terms before and I've never seen this! The main pool is a disaster in itself. On the other hand, once in the Spa and Wellness area (prohibited to under-16s) it was a nice surprise! There are so many places to discover: a multitude of different topics that offer all their benefits! And all these little wooden sheds in the gardens which hide saunas, hamams etc. I loved ! We did two of the rituals offered and the expertise of the facilitators was pleasant. Bravo for the Himalayan salt peeling ritual! How original! However, for novices, we were surprised by the obligatory nudity in saunas, hamams, etc. That said, you can stay covered with your towel. But the swimsuit is prohibited. Note, however, that the other people are completely uninhibited and few are the ones who hide. So you should expect to see naked bodies. But there are no dirty looks or inappropriate comments. Everyone is very respectful. In the end, even if the first glimpse was a big disappointment with the swimming pool, we had a very good afternoon at the Spa and Wellness area.

We would like to congratulate the reception team, in particular Jea-Yves, who is always a model of professionalism. It makes us feel at home. Thanks also to the entire aufguss team, in particular Joachim who knew how to instill his professionalism in the young guard. Bravo for having put in place and maintained a team of assistant supervisors for the sauna part.

It’s a great, unmissable place to have a good time with your partner. The service is excellent (Top). At any level. Calm is present. The Spa is very pleasant, the massages are refined. The 3 restaurants are delicious and excellent. Above all, Jangeli is the best of the best with refined and sought-after cuisine.

Wonderful ! A little romantic moment out of time in a place where life is good. Rest and rejuvenation were there. Everything there was a source of calm. Between the 3 swimming pools, the water jets, the whirlpools,… everything was impeccable. If I only have one slightly negative opinion, it’s the “nudity” aspect outside of the saunas provided for this purpose. Everything else was really great! We had booked 3 days with meals included. The 2 restaurants were really good quality, with obviously a preference for “De Jangeli”. We were able to choose from the menu, everything except the matured meat. The menus were excellent. The “suite” room was excellent with comfortable and clean bedding. To do again!

Everything was perfect, our large room on the 1st floor. Very good bedding. Large surface area, magnificent bathroom with lots of products available. Perfect jangeli meal on the 1st evening. The other 2 have the perfect complex brewery too. The thermal area is sublime with beautiful swimming pools, massage courses and relaxation areas. At the back of the hotel there is a pretty park for walking. Free parking in front of the very pleasant hotel. The free little cocktail for my husband's birthday.
