Very pleasant space. Friendly collaborators.

Hotel with good structure, with indoor pools to enjoy on rainy days. It's worth it to spend a few days with the family.

I went with my girlfriend, we really enjoyed the experience, we will definitely do it again.

Spa is a "mirage"... Cold water and lack of maintenance, circuit broken in all its capabilities. Weak breakfast for a 4-star hotel. Price and quality below the quality required of a spa hotel.

We were looking for a quiet place, with a pool and outside the tourist area. This hotel is. Very good swimming pools, SPA treatments and food (not spectacular but acceptable). The only thing we missed was some background music in the recreation areas. We will come back for sure.

We spent a night here during a cycle tour. The location of the hotel and its surroundings create a feeling of space and being close to nature. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable, and the view from the balcony across woodland looks and feels very relaxing. The hotel is modern and cleverly designed, often giving the impression that you are one of a small number of guests before it becomes clear at breakfast that there are many more visitors than you had imagined. I’d like to make particular mention of the staff who looked after us superbly at dinner.

Hotel looks great and modern but don't know what is going on. Wondered if they had 'P & O'd' all their staff because things were not working as regards service. Service at dinner was confused, food not good (how you can have orange sponge taste of nothing is incredible) and bar staff not trained. Agree title of a previous review 'more style than substance".

I stayed for 3 nights with a walking group. The setting of the hotel is attractive but the nearby town of Mondim de Basto is lacking in excitement - and good restaurants! The vibe is young and modern. My room was acceptable in an MDF way. The small terrace overlooked the roof of another building so not great and there was plenty of noise from the family in the room next door. Breakfast was OK but the restaurant was nothing like big enough for the size of the hotel, with exceptionally slow service and restaurants in Mondim were not a great option. The grounds were a nice place to sunbathe (pool was too cold for me to get in although some people did) but was plagued by flies.

Modern and welcoming hotel, with very friendly and polite staff. Restaurant with excellent service and great refinement. SPA massage service also excellent, good value for money. The exterior of the hotel offers outdoor walks, with 3 walking trails in the surrounding area surrounded by nature.

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel set in a magnificent landscape. This time we came with a friendly couple and we opted for 2 suites exclusively for couples (a shame it wasn't possible to stay with children) and we loved it. everything impeccable. Upon arrival at the suite, we were treated to sparkling wine and the good feeling that the ambiance gave us. We decided to have dinner at the hotel, which was a pleasant surprise in every way. Friendliness and knowledge of the staff and everything was good. As the weather was good, we took advantage of the outdoor spaces, which are fantastic and allow us to appreciate the surroundings. The SPA has the particularity of having a lot of natural light, which goes against many concepts. One negative aspect is that the Turkish bath had a bad smell that seemed to me to be from "out of date" eucalyptus. I highly recommend this hotel in Mondim de Basto. You certainly won't regret it!!

Comfortable bed, very quality and clean SPA, two phenomenal indoor pools and two outdoor pools. Large room, very diverse breakfast. Excellent facilities and leisure areas with trails over the mountain.

Excellent stay. Very attentive staff. Excellent cleaning. Dinner suggestion from the boss- acceptable. Children's burgers were raw! But the service was very pleasant. Spa was super nice- clean, water at a very good temperature. I had a massage and it was really good - back! Delicious breakfast with enough variety. For the price I paid on a half board basis, I thought the quality and price were very good! I recommend it and I will be back! Thanks
