We primarily chose this condo hotel over a regular hotel room based on the need to use a washer in the middle of our road trip. It worked out really well for us. (The washer is one of those washer/dryer combos that wash but do a rather poor job of drying your clothes, so you have to hang and let drip dry.) We mostly used the stay to sleep (and clean clothes) so we didn't really take advantage of the kitchen or the roomy unit, which had a nice living room area. But it felt good to be able to spread our stuff out, repack, etc. And we loved the adjacent free parking, which made it easy to get from car to room--although there is no elevator to our room on the second floor. (Note that there is another Bower Hotel on Robinson Street; don't confuse these two.) The furnishings were clean, modern and even stylish. And the location only one long block from Main Street was great for walkers. Although unplanned, we stayed on July 1, Canada Day, so we walked a few more blocks to the riverside park for a great fireworks display. Really fun to be able to take that in without hassling with parking.
