Great service, we were greeted by Chris (if my memory serves me correctly), he asked where we were and made us feel welcome. Our room was the first one just around the corner from the front desk, it was very quiet despite being fairly close to the entrance.

Hotel is ok, comfortable and clean.
Arriving late is definitely a problem. As they have an uncommunicated policy of closing bookings, even prepaid ones, after a certain hour.
After that time, prepare to wait longer to access your room.

Front desk staff was pleasant, helpful and checked us in without any issue. Free parking onsite. Room was large, very clean, had a seating area and bathroom was perfect - spacious, shiny clean and beautiful shower. Quiet hotel, great sleep and ate buffet breakfast at the restaurant on site the next morning- a bargain at $12.99 each. Lots of hot and cold food choices, juices and coffee/tea.
