Great value.
Clean, warm and comfortable, excellent bed. Our room faced a railway yard over fields but this did not interfere with sleep.

Great location and great staff. The only problem is the surrounding area has a lot of substance users around, and seems unsafe in evening.

Definitely a budget hotel. Probably ok for a short stay however, I stayed for 12 nights on business. There are only a couple of hangers in the room and limited hanging space with the rail being about 600 mm long. There is no iron, ironing room or laundry service in the hotel. The staff are the most unhelpful, inflexible that I have ever experienced.
