Aren't you mistaken in the hotel's rating? It is certainly a 3-star hotel and very favored. There weren't many people in the hotel, but the glasses and bottles from the previous afternoon that we had in the lobby were still there until the morning when I went to have breakfast. Few staff without any classification to be working in a hotel. Meal table with glass top with paper towels (4 stars ????) There is no social room just in the entrance hall. Dinner of no quality whatsoever, at the last dinner the chips were burnt and everyone complained and nothing was done. Friendly staff from reception to other employees. Reasonable room. I hope that my review will help to improve this hotel.

Aviso: si estáis alojados en el hotel las entradas a las termas son más baratas. Lo comento porque en el hotel no lo dicen. Las almohadas pequeñas, pasamos frío, baños antiguos. 4 estrellas no las tiene. Sobre las Termas, cobran mucho por la entrada ya que es una piscina pequeña, muy deteriorado todo, los chorros no funcionan bien.

Staff cinco estrelas A parte menos boa, juntas da casa de banho muito sujas, vidros das janelas igual . Pequeno almoço com poucas opções, mas razoável. O staff muito atenciosos, a cama e roupa de cama em bom estado, is cortinados muito encardidos .

Hotel 4 estrelas que nem 3 merece… Estado de conservação muito mau, humidade por várias zonas comuns, onde a limpeza é deficitária. Elevador fora de funcionamento. Quartos com humidade, na cheiro e bichos. Pequeno almoço pobrezinho. Rececionista simpático e atenciosa. Circuito termal em consonância com o hotel, com equipamentos foram de funcionamento, diferenças térmicas grandes, e balneários pequenos e se manutenção.

Hotel muito mau, principalmente para 4 estrelas. O wi-fi do hotel não funciona, a rede é muito fraca e mesmo usando o wi-fi pessoal é muito muti dificil conseguir fazer seja onque for. O pequeno almoço supostamente abre ás 7:30 da manhã, durante uma semana só um dia abriu a horas e com algumanda comida já esgotada pois os funcionários acabam com a a mesma antes e abrem as portas com covets vazias. De resto, a limpeza é boa e a recepcionista simpática.

La experiencia en general fue bastante insatisfactoria. Las instalaciones están muy anticuadas, en la habitación hacía frío, había humedades y la limpieza era bastante mejorable. Además, no nos dieron cama de matrimonio, y las camas eran muy incómodas con un colchón muy gastado y una almohada muy pequeña y desgastada. Tuvimos que hacer una cola de espera de más de media hora al día siguiente para poder entrar a desayunar... Organización e instalaciones muy mejorables, ya que no creo que sea ni de lejos un hotel verdaderamente de 4 estrellas.

Excelente fim de semana; num local bastante agradável (sossego, proximo as Termas(muito melhores que as termas de Vizela)); staff bastante atencioso e simpático. Jantar bastante bom(nas duas noites) e bom preço; pequeno almoço com fartura. Ei de voltar.

Staff amável e prestativo . Restaurante com poucas opções ,Instalações a precisarem de alguma manutenção . Para hotel de 4**** achei estranho o staff trabalhar com a roupa pessoal, sem farda . No geral , a qualidade/preço está razoável
